I will admit I am jealous of how easy a paycheck it must be for the BRGs, which truthfully are scam artists like what happened to Richard Pryor during his show in the 70s where he hired a "black expert" that just took his money. They're paid to double check to see if things are offensive to the young sensitive audience and yet that's Bruce on G4TVin drag.
The best summation I ever heard about Fiona, Ky, and the other new minority hires is that they all act like house niggas. As in they clutch pearls about political topics or social issues but they'll do or say anything to stay in the house. Great example at the moment being Fiona streaming with her fellow unemployed G4 buddies complaining about how she was "forced" to be on the Off Topic podcast after the Mica Burton post in 2020. Jeremy needs to just log off and disconnect from RT completely. Probably impossible at this point for him to do. Does he have any skill beyond vidya games at this point? I don't know what he did before AH besides make maps for them. It seems like the decline in AH is directly correlated to his well being.
Also Rahul is a d list actor at best and probably only got cast because Indian+British accent.

His issue is that they sold merch of him and Ryan dubbed "Battle Buddies". Also the 2 or 3 On the Spot episodes where Jeremy and Ryan kissed each other or other men. https://youtu.be/QEFeBOd6Lo4 Even the thumbnail is oof in hindsight. So it's the situation of him being conscious of he's kissed a former employee who is accused of being a multiple victim sex predator and there are videos still up. Which is what leads to Burnie, in the context of videos being up still, where Jeremy is now known as the guy who was trying to make the South Park joke where Randy says Nigger instead of Nagger. Torrian Crawford, Fiona, Mica, Ky, and even Jeremy himself have confirmed it's him who wrote on the whiteboard at AH. But the goofy shit about that situation is RT had 2 videos up of Burnie fully saying the word on the official channel and podcast that were monetized since 2014. One was quoting a French cab driver and the other being a joke about Meg Turney getting lattes with some members of NWA. Which those videos stayed up until March of 2021 and that is 9 months after Mica Burton's post and Burnie leaving quietly out of not just RT but the whole country to go to Australia where he just had another kid just the other day. So to put in simply, most people that would be similar to Jeremy's Boston humor, or he's associated with in a lot of content, have either been kicked out of RT or quietly cancelled out of the community.
