The January 6 committee released the deposition transcript of Ray Epps, the J6 attendee most widely suspected of being a fed/instigator. Revolver first outlined Epp's suspicious behavior at the capitol: article. Epps has been defended by NYT (2), Politifact, etc as a victim of a conspiracy theory. He was also a former leader in the Oath Keepers who are known to have federal agents as leaders active on Jan 6.
This thread in the past discussed a Gateway Pundit article showing that Epps and Baked were together on Jan 5th and suggesting this implicates Baked as a fed next to Epps. Baked says that he is the one who first "exposed" Epps.
Lol. Keep in mind, Jim Hoft, who wrote the article and is the owner of The Gateway Pundit, a conservative news outlet, is a Jewish pederast with a bone to pick with YOBA. Shit like this has zero substance, but fans the eternal flames of the federal asset meme. Again, I hope it never dies, because it is hilariously defamatory trolling. Everything in the article is framed and characterized in such a dishonest way, but 99% of the people reading the article will take the bait.

he was adamant in the claim that Jim Hoft is jealous of him for exposing Epps as a fed. Mind you, he can rationalize all of this while also carrying out Epps' calls to go inside the Capitol.

In the deposition, Epps points to Baked as an instigator and possible fed. Baked addresses the deposition and returns the fed accusations.

I reviewed the Epps transcript:
Ray Epps compilation video

Epps reports his background and denies working for law enforcement or FBI

Epps discussing his past in the Oath Keepers -- says he left because they were too radical for him, but he was in contact with the founder Stewart Rhodes.

Texts show Epps was planning to attend as a family trip with his son and his son's friend

Asked about why he was preparing to bring first aid supplies, Rep Kinzinger kindly adds to his story

Addressing interactions with Baked:
Asked again about whether he interacted with any law enforcement when planning the trip or arriving in DC. This is the first mention of Baked Alaska, who he brings up to suggest Baked could have been undercover law enforcement inciting people.
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.22.54 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.23.09 PM.png
Asked about the video of him talking with Baked on Jan 5th. He maintains he was there to keep peace:
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.32.36 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.33.08 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.34.18 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.37.49 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.39.58 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.44.00 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.44.25 PM.png
Asked about the chants of 'fed' he doesn't remember and thinks it could have been dubbed in afterwards. lol. Then says that Baked would start shit with people, then back off and film it. he says that Baked & friends' actions and intentions seemed different from the general crowd.
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.45.33 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 1.46.11 PM.png
He arrives for the speech very early in the day and stays until the beginning of Trump's speech. The committee asks him why he was directing everyone to the Capitol after Trump's speech, he says he was just trying to be helpful. (It is true that the plan was always to go to the Capitol afterwards, but weird that he put himself in charge of crowd control). He describes multiple people that he viewed as instigators on the way to the Capitol, in the same group as who he viewed as the Jan 5th troublemakers.

I wonder if he is referring to the AF group that marched? Video below. I don't know the full context of the video or what time it was taken, just found on twitter while searching around for AF J6 shenanigans.
Asked about the video of him telling someone carrying a flag to drop the flag 'when we go in', he says he doesn't remember saying that or why he would say they were going in at that time. It seems he is also pointing blame at the Oath Keepers by saying that the instigators were yelling at the cops that they are oath breakers.
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.12.59 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.13.30 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.14.21 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.14.49 PM.png
Asked about the video of him whispering to a kid in front of the barricades, he says he was telling him not to break down the barricades. He says he ran up to deescalate and kept walking around trying to deescalate. Other videos I haven't seen are referenced here of him telling people "we've made our point".
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.15.04 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.15.46 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.16.13 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.18.45 PM.png
They ask him about a text from an in-law who saw his picture on twitter and texted his wife, showing the in-law assumed Epps was deescalating/following the law:
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.17.42 PM.png
He says he took a couple steps onto a platform at the Capitol before leaving while helping someone who had passed out. then he finally left the grounds.
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.21.22 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.21.41 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.23.57 PM.png
He is asked about a text to his nephew at 2:12pm that he "orchestrated it". His explanation is that he didn't know they had broken into the Capitol and was just proud of the protest, and that he was jokingly taking credit for it.
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.26.56 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.27.35 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.28.27 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.33.25 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.35.11 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.35.34 PM.png
says he thought the instigators were antifa
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.31.59 PM.png
Asked about talking to the feds again, and about various phone records and whether they were to law enforcement/feds, he denies.
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.37.43 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.37.59 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.39.11 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.40.19 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.40.54 PM.png
Asked about an acquaintance, Paul Carver, who he had dinner with on Jan 5th
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 3.32.48 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.44.22 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.44.51 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.46.00 PM.png
Asked about being the target of a conspiracy theory, over which Rep Kinzinger commiserates with him. (Kinzinger says there is a "conspiracy that he created ISIS")
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.46.10 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.46.49 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.48.17 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.48.38 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.49.07 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.49.58 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.50.34 PM.pngScreenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.51.06 PM.png
His lawyer says he believes Epps was removed from the FBI list of wanted people after Epps turned himself into the FBI and contacted a lawyer.
Screenshot 2022-12-31 at 2.47.16 PM.png
He thanks the committee for a good experience.

"The misdemeanor offense carries a maximum sentence of six months in prison and a fine up to $5,000. Sentencing was set for Jan. 12. He remains free on personal recognizance."

About a week away.

This raises a question for me that I can't get a sense of from the OP or anything readily available.

Has Tim ever not been able to plea things down off felony status?

I was under the impression that he has never been charged with a felony to begin with. This is at least the case for his J6 case - he was only ever charged with misdemeanors.

This should clear up some confusion re: why he’s not in jail…

As everybody knows, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail for his mace case. He appealed, and he lost the appeal. In November he announced that he would have to go to jail for the mace case on Jan 2nd, after the appeal was denied.

There’s a video in this tweet with him saying he’s supposed to go to jail Jan 2nd for the mace case:

Earlier this week, people start wondering why he’s not in jail yet once the 2nd has passed and he’s still tweeting. He replies to somebody that they should not listen to alogs, even though the Jan 2nd date was what he told his own viewers.

He further stated that the mace case is under appeal (again), so it appears he appealed it again to a higher court, like the moron he is.

Separate from the mace case, is of course his Jan. 6th fed case. I looked on the court calendar and can confirm that his sentencing for that is on Tuesday Jan. 10th at 10am EST.

One last note. If he gets sentenced to prison for the fed case, he likely won’t have to go to right away. At the fed level, unless you’re deemed a threat to public safety, they usually give you some time to get your shit in order before serving your sentence.

It's difficult to find material related to the bouncer case, because the court website hid results for it a while ago thanks to his fans' retarded behavior. I did find this document relating to an appeal, though:

It looks to me that this is a rejection of a further appeal he made, separate to the first rejected one, but there's also a "petition for review to ASC". Is this the Arizona Supreme Court? Is Baked stupid enough to waste even more money on that?

Also, here's an archive of that Twitter vid, if anyone doubts that Baruched Ashkenazka is just lying and pilpuling as usual:
