Seems like a harmless sperg who does bad art. Funny and kind of horrifying, but definitely not a Chris 2.0.

Chris seemed similarly harmless at the start when he was discovered, but he was always a selfish and petulant person and Barb's upbringing of him really magnified a lot of his negative behaviors. Then people started fucking around with him and he got steadily worse over the years.

This kid's parents seem nice but also seem much more grounded in reality and their upbringing. There'll probably never be another Chris because that whole combination of his inherent self-centeredness and entitlement, shitty codependent dysfunctional family, and weening will never be duplicated. Chris is a one-of-a-kind atrocity and one of him is enough.

Sex segregation is such a default element of the human condition that Nazi death camps were segregated by sex. No actual reason to segregate people who will be killed in days by sex but they still did it, probably without ever wondering why.

This district bent over backwards to create a good plan on how to handle the LGBTQ kids. I mean they did their research. They decided that they were going to keep bathrooms segregated by biological sex as recorded when the child enrolled in the district. They do not allow children to change their documents like birth certificate after the initial enrollment for the child. To accommodate the 16 trans kids in the entire district they created single stall gender neutral bathrooms.

This girl was told she could use the girls room or the neutral bathrooms.

Cue REEEEEEEEEEEEING.

The district court said the school was in the wrong, they were violating title IX and the 14th amendment (I think).

The appeals court agreed, but the 11th district said fuck, y'all are so very retarded and here is why.

According to them title IX is all about biological sex, not gender identity. The opinion is worth reading, at least the main part of the opinion. I dipped out after that because that's the only part that's binding.

They even touch on the issue of sports and say that is allowed to be segregated by sex according to title IX.

This is a good, groundbreaking bit of precedent. It will likely be appealed to the Supreme Court. I won't venture a guess as to how likely they are to take it up. It's a current year culture war issue, so they might to put an end to the arguments.

We're winning frens! Little by little.

I wonder if Tony Reed and that Harvard Troon will comment on this, it's definitely a blow to them as it currently stands.

Since Bruce Jenner came out as a troon publicly in 2015, tranny shit has been getting more and more normalized. Which means that it took roughly 8 years for this to be completely accepted by tens of millions of Americans.

Now I've stumbled across this post from a transage twitter account and I'm wondering how long it'll take for this to be mainstreamed as well. We're at a point where parents are willingly taking their kids to be castrated or otherwise mutilated so I really don't think it'll take as long as 8 years. It will probably take 3 to 4 years before we start hearing about adults who identify as children.

(I know that the groundwork for this was laid out decades ago, and that there are all kinds of degenerates on the internet who are into "age play", but I'm just talking about the rate at which the public is increasingly accepting of troonery in general)
