Sally doesn't own the home, it's a rental. A few months ago there was a work crew there doing something on the house, that's all that Chance said and offered no details about exactly what they were doing. But I'm sure Sally figures her security deposit was nuked a long time ago with everything Chance has done. He broke the closet door, put holes in the wall during tantrums, and I shudder to think what that carpet must look and smell like.

I've done repair work on rental properties and those holes aren't like fixing a nail hole, you can't just spackle over it and call it good, not if you want to do the job right. He broke through the drywall, that means at least using drywall mesh tape if not patching in new sections of drywall. Then there's filler, sanding, sealing, then painting the whole room because good luck getting a color match.

TLDR, if Ed's name on the lease along with Sally's, he's probably getting taken to court to cover whatever damages weren't by the security deposit.

Not defending Kendo by any means (the guy is a fucking idiot as I've explained before in other posts) but from what Chance is trying to say in the video and what he actually says about Kendo (my boy he says), it's clear him responding to Kendo in the video towards the end was accidental. In the sense that he was meaning to refer to MF Goon and not Kendo.

Years ago, when he would make videos in other parts of the house, you can tell that the house isn''t unkept. Heather also said that Sally was good about cleaning the rest of the house, but Raxx's living area was always messy because he lived like a slob.

It's a squandered oppurtunity to catch him in the comic con lie too. Just ask him if he attended Billy Yost's panel at the convention and he'll give some dumb response liike he wanted to but couldn't or that he did. Allah forgive me, I am phoneposting while at lunch. Since Kendo has been mentioned recently, and like what @Master Xehanort mentioned that it seems as if Kendo is being referred to as "my boy" by Cyraxx. It appears that birds of a feather flock together.

WGH made a YouTube community post insinuating Kendo is a pedophile, and in the comments he gets awfully defensive. the best move would have been to ignore the accusations if they are false, or even a dismissive, "lol". But going on this tirade just screams bad optics. In my opinion at least.

Poor personal hygiene is common even in retarded animals.
There is no excuse of not having soap or stuff like that. You dont need soap to stay clean, water on its own will do just fine unless you have some fucked up job that gets you covered in crap.

But yeah, Pokemon Go gives you a vague idea of where people live. Just a town and state, but enough pictures for you to guess where the other person goes, and where you go. I'm curious if there's a stop or gym near his house.

Thankfully he might not have a lot of kids on it, as it's an older game at this point, and, from personal experience, it's a boomer hit so it's uncool.

I was actually going to come to the defense of Cyraxx here (Yeah, I know.) because I know you can get Ken Block shit in Forza Horizon 4, but didn't remember if he did VO for some of the events. He doesn't. So yeah, I think Cyraxx just heard some random dude talking to him about an event and believes Ken Block was giving him tips. Fucking insane.
