I wonder if these “digital empire” collapses were inevitable or just spurned by idiocy as seen here. Machinima was sort of dissolved spontaneously in a corporate liquidation but its content was still going strong as far as I know, and Screw Attack just faded away. I see some content teams ( Time Ghost Productions in the e-historian sphere for example ) trying to recreate that digital domination but whether they’ll fall remains to be seen :epik:

Another rt troon inbound. And also mica speaks on what happened during the football game.

What the fuck is Mica bitching about? I don't follow sports at all, and I can't tell if she's whining for the sake of whining, or whining to grandstand.

Mica is literally bitching about something she normally would never care to mention: Football. That alone is enough to just make me :| about it because it's %100 about her.

Burnie leaving quietly out of not just RT but the whole country to go to Australia
Ah, I love it when things come full circle.

Holy shit the fucking view count is bad. You have to go back like 2 months before you can find any videos that break 100k with everything else being less than 50k. It's not like the rest of the company is doing any better either, how are they still afloat? You'd think their owner would just cut their losses and kill RT and sell of the assets.

They're just so small that they fly under the radar when it's time to make cuts.

What caused those massive dips?

They're just so small that they fly under the radar when it's time to make cuts.
How long do you think RT can last like that?

I remember a long time ago thinking AH could break away from RT and make so much more money as an independent group but now RT is their lifeline but is also slowing poisoning it at the same time.
That AH stand-alone channel was so jarring, I used to watch their content on Let's Play, and then they went on to make a channel called Achievement Hunter where their content was different.

I think the plan was to make Let's Play the umbrella channel to promote their other channels (Funhaus, Cowchop, Sugar Pine 7, etc.) and for AH to be a brand-new separate thing. The problem is that no one following Let's Play gave a shit about anyone besides AH, and so they gave up pretty quickly.
