Are you getting the vaccine? - Absolute trashfire thread, please enter with caution

Either way, he had a heart attack live in front of millions, and the powers that be are all coping and seething and trying frantically blame literally anything else but the vaccine for a 24 year old athlete in allegedly peak conditioning dropping after getting up from a routine tackle.

Calling it now. Going forward the NFL will adopt new protective cushions for the upper chest and limit how hard players can hit each other.

With how much money the gov dumps into football for propaganda purposes they can't risk having another player get hit with a heart attack on live tv.

Two weeks ago everyone who was watching the Jets game watched Mike White get literally FOLDED by an unblocked Bills Linebacker, he got up, played the rest of the game, and then missed the next week with cracked ribs, THAT was a hit.

I like how an Injury that only rarely occurs in Baseball when a batter gets struck directly in the chest with a fastball is what the "doctors" are immediately running with, despite this never happening in the 100 years of the NFL being a thing.
You jab-fearing cucks aren't even trying now.
Commotio cordis is a very rare event, but nonetheless is often considered when an athlete presents with sudden cardiac death. Some of the sports which have a risk for this cause of trauma are baseball, American football, association football (soccer), ice hockey, polo, rugby football, cricket, softball, pelota, fencing, lacrosse, boxing, professional wrestling, hurling and martial arts (see Touch of Death). Children are especially vulnerable, possibly due to the mechanical properties of their thoracic skeleton.[1][7] From 1996 to spring 2007, the USA National Commotio Cordis Registry had 188 cases recorded, with about half occurring during organized sports.[8] Almost all (96%) of the victims were male, the mean age of the victims during that period was 14.7 years, and fewer than one in five survived the incident.[8]
Yes it's Wikipedo, but they cite a source.

But yeah I'm sure they just invented this condition today to cover up a vax death. Or whatever insane bullshit you purecucks are claiming.

And that's what happens 99.999% of the time. It's a freak condition that requires a perfect combination of shit. Otherwise you'd be hearing about it every day and football would have been shut down. It's nothing a normal person need fear happening, and even an athlete is probably never going to encounter it or even know anyone who does.

The registry apparently has 188 cases as in EVER, and half of them in organized sports. My wild guess is if someone just died after an impact and they weren't on TV or didn't get access to immediate medical care (as in that instant) nobody would even guess it as a cause of death.

That's cool that you didn't even watch the vid of the Damar Hamlin hit, it takes much more than that to cause it. He did NOT take a direct hit to his chest through his pads (which have a chest protector built into them) equivalent to a 90 + mph DIRECT HIT to the chest with a baseball or hockey puck, when this has literally never happened before in the NFL where even now hits that are much harder are routine.

It's force + bad timing, and the force was just not there, he literally got right back up AFTER the hit.

Hope he lives.

Edit: Median age for most victims is just under 15, which means that this is even LESS likely to happen to a grown man in peak physical condition, try again.

Yes I'm sure you know more than sports doctors.
At least I know when I'm being lied to.
Technically nobody knows exactly what happened yet, as the people who are treating him haven't said anything other than he suffered from a cardiac arrest.

Blaming it on a rare freak accident that mostly befalls children (from YOUR data) is just as silly as blaming a vaccine that is known to cause heart issues in healthy young males. Perhaps I would be more likely to believe those "experts" if they hadn't all lied to lock us up for a bad flu and force an untested vaccine on us just to go about our daily lives.

I'm not even convinced the football american dropped due to the clot shot but damn this meme is accurate.

Fixed for ya. It's cute how the anti-vax tards claim to not be NPCs when they parrot whatever they read from some schizo's posts on the internet
It was an off-hand comment left to annoy you and it's making you seethe. Imagine getting this worked up over the vaccine in 2023. Take your meds.

Thanks for explaining how it works. I'm sure you were an expert on the topic before frantically reading through the journoscsum approved narrative this morning.
Lol sure it was.
I'm literally laughing out loud at how mad you are. I just had to make something up when my colleague asked me what is so funny.
You're laughing at me pointing out what a retard you are for claiming to know more about medicine than doctors because you listen to Alex Jones and you deny attributing an athlete's commotio cordis to the vaccine even after I pointed out that you posted it? I would believe your denial more if you didn't have a habit of anti-vax retardedness, including spazing out in the anti-vax lolcow thread because we were mocking you

Except many people like myself who are opposed to the clot shot, aren't saying this was the clot shot. Suddenly though you and every other redditor type suddenly act like you always knew what commotio cordis was all along, like it was just part of your regular vocabulary.

Who's claiming that? I'd never even heard of it before. But it was pretty easy to find out that of 188 cases of it (that is how rare it is), over half of them were in sports.

Why are you so mad? Is it because I told you to wait for more information to come out before declaring it's commotio cordis? You should try to calm down.

That rarity is exactly why it's odd that within minutes of the incident, "commotio cordis" was the de facto answer being tossed out online most often in response to people saying it was the jab. Almost like people were searching out posts about the clot shot to reply that no, ackshually it was this extremely rare sports fatality which the NFL has specific safety gear and guidelines to avoid.

The average person probably wasn't aware it's even possible or what the name is before last night and suddenly it's trending as a template explanation, hence the meme.

Don't forget to leave out the part where the average age of those who suffered from this injury were under the age of 15.
But then again, that kind of works against your argument, doesn't it?

Is it an explanation for what we all saw on field? Sure. Is it more likely than a vacc injury? Possibly, but you have to rule the probability of that injury against 100 years of NFL history where it has never happened on field, until just about every player was forced to take a thing known to cause heart issues in healthy young men about two years ago in order to even play.

Don't tell me that stampede of hooves in the American planes that you hear are Zebras when the people telling me that its Zebras have a long and shitty record of being wrong about the Zebras.

What is it with this rabid defense of a thing that we can't even sue the makers of if it fucks us up due to congress granting big pharma blanket immunity from any injury caused by the secret sauce? From where I stand Kirk Cousins and Aaron Rodgers both were vindicated live on national television for not taking the sauce.

Lol you're the one buttblasted because I pointed out you being a retard and now you're backtracking on your retarded claim.

Except many people like myself who are opposed to the clot shot, aren't saying this was the clot shot. Suddenly though you and every other redditor type suddenly act like you always knew what commotio cordis was all along, like it was just part of your regular vocabulary.
Lol plenty of your fellow anti-vaxers are saying it's the clot shot. You are not calling them retards but instead defending them. You retards blame every death on the vaccine and claim to know more about vaccines than medical scientists because you watch Fox News

to remember that you're literally retarded and think you know more than doctors because you watched some YouTuBe video.
Do you revere doctors so much just because "well I like muh fammiwee and de doctors" or what, dude? We are all just as retarded as you are, including medical professionals. I've had the "best" doctors come pretty close to killing people around me due to incompetence, so excuse me for being a little skeptical about them being all knowing just because they memorized some textbooks.
