I wonder if she realizes that accusing doctors and hospitals of abuse is essentially a guarantee that no one will ever want to help her?

When doctors have patients with complex issues it is not uncommon for them to want to get a wider and more complete psychosocial picture. I can say, on more than a few occasions, a more complete psychosocial picture has been the lynchpin in a rare diagnosis and without it there is a strong chance it would have been missed. The people that come to visit patients are of limited value in this respect because they all have rather serious biases in both directions. So, a patients social media can be a window into the mind and life of the patient. When a healthcare provider sees stuff like this, the only thing they are interested in doing is going "Nope!" and getting as far away from that patient as possible since it seems obvious they are mostly interested in pointing fingers, blaming, and probably wanting to sue people.

These videos make her the medical equivalent of toxic waste, "Do Not Touch! Hazardous!"

Also, her video shows an elementary school understanding of medicine. Transference is a problem because it can prevent a physician from acting in a patients best interests and prevent them from being objective. Also, the administrators in a hospital need to keep an eye on the numbers because if they don't they go out of business, and then there is no more hospital for people to munch at.

There are plenty of people in the world who aren't very smart, and aren't special, and live pretty mundane lives - there's no shame in that. You could be that, too! All you have to do is stop faking that you're sick, stop pretending that you're disabled, and stop posting things on the Internet. Your new doctor telling you that you can "open your frontal lobe" means that he's full of shit, and he's selling you some snake oil that definitely wouldn't help you if you were sick. He's helping himself to your bank account. Stop spending that money on bullshit, and find yourself some kind of menial job where you can put yourself on a schedule and start to live an actual life.

I'm shocked. It wasn't totally obvious that Chelton was semi-literate/illiterate with a room temp iq. You kinda have to be "exceptional" to have such low expectations of medical professionals intelligence. You've got to be an idiot to think anybody would believe that atrocious acting.   • CHELSEA HAS FOUND HER THREAD!
  • The journal entries are disorganized because:
    • She uses text to speech.
    • She is now having memory issues.
    • She may have a stiff attack and forget what she wrote and just start over mid entry.
    • She may have to add additional stuff into paragraphs already written.
  • She laments that her superpower of magical comprehension is declining.
  • Now on top of everything else she is having sensory melt downs where she goes non-verbal because she is not getting her meds.
    • During these she can't write or function in any way to communicate. She completely forgot she could text on her phone during it.
  • She had a social worker visit and she told her that she is literally watching her brain cells die. That during the attacks she is not getting air and its killing her brain.
    • "I was talking with my social worker and I said after my attacks that are really bad when my brain is pounding and I can’t get air afterwards. I see these stars but they’re not like passing out stars they’re like a little shooting stars that go like little loops, and I realized I was watching the brain cells die."
  • She states the social worker is going to try to help her to get her services back.
  • She attempted to order supplies even though she was told she was cut off today and was denied.
    • She got a week worth of supplies a few days ago and she is going to try to stretch it out.
  • She found new info but can't say anything due to risk to her safety.
    • "I have found out things this week that are completely jaw dropping, but also so validating in my feelings and what has been going on and I know I am not alone . I want to give you so many more details but I can’t until I know I am safe. That keyword safe."
  • She says when shes not having stiff attacks now shes having seizures. And if only she got pain meds it would all go away.
  • She says she dissociates now to save herself form the pain because it is so bad now.
  • She has a pain doctor appointment, but she says the light cold and movement will make it hard to go since they won't meet her virtualy.
    • According to her in 6 months shes only sat in her chair 5 times.
  • She thinks the fact she uses her mother to "adminster" her pain meds means that no one can accuse her of drug seeking.
    • "I am in so much pain I can’t get to the clinics they have to see you in person there are laws so most likely nobody can help me with my pain from my pain clinic standpoint if I can’t get there because they also require drug tests. I have never missed one. I have never failed one. And I have never abused medication’s from pain clinics. In fact, I chose the very beginning because my brain could not figure it out to have my mother handle my medication because she is a nurse and now my meds are so complicated. I’m very glad that she is in control of that. It’s proof for the doctors that I am not drug seeking."

  • It seems she only had limited services to begin with. Her nurse was only there one day a week. All her whining about services made me figure she had more.
    • "I just said goodbye to my nurse that I had next to me every Tuesday for the past three years it was not a pretty goodbye."
    • She of course when he came to say goodbye had the biggest ever SPS attack so she couldnt say goodbye to him.
  • "I know there is a wave of Covid coming that is going to be so bad and that is going to be the point where I am going to need the most help, in the reply I got is we can still help you you just need this and the problem is I said who is going to do that when I am this complicated it is not that simple."

The part she got wrong is I don't take care of people like her. I make sure to document all the evidence they are munching, mandate a psych eval, and promptly tell them to find another provider as I do not believe the care they want can be provided. I provide them with a list of other providers in the area that take their insurance and make them aware that if they need anything further before they can get an appointment with another provider in their network that they can access emergency care at any of the locations that are also provided on a list.

I have no problem letting patients go that are munching. If I keep them on as a patient I am actually harming them by preventing them from starting a therapeutic relationship with another provider that may provide them with the treatment they believe they need. I'd be negligent if I didn't dismiss them.

It's good to hear that she has been cutoff. Everything they were doing was just enabling her chronic and increasingly severe mental illness. Being cutoff hopefully she will be able to really get the help she actually needs (although I doubt it).

Also, I'm fairly certain her "losing her 'superpower'" means that she is finally starting to come out of the opiate induced haze and apparent delusional state and is starting to integrate elements of actual reality back into her conscious experience. I am sure for a junkie that is an unpleasant experience when you are used to a chronic state of opiate intoxication, but it is for the better. I think this was best characterized by her realization that she is and has always been retarded.

Not surprising at all that Chelsea is hinting at a hospital admission. That’s standard munchie operating procedure whenever their sick status and/or toys are threatened. Her local hospital better have a plan to prevent her turning an already unnecessary ER visit into a months-long inpatient stay.

So she had home health nursing once a week? Sounds like any stable patient with a CVC, portacath, or PICC. It’s cheaper for insurance to have a home health nurse do the weekly dressing change than have a patient go in to a clinic or infusion center. Chelsea’s doctor(s?) and insurance seemingly knew what was up a long time ago, and acted accordingly as much as they could. It must be such a narc injury to her to have even a basic weekly nursing visit taken away.

Where as MS is a neurologically condition, FND is a psychiatric/neuropsychiatric. It is a form of a somatiform disorder closer to hysterical blindness. It used to be called a conversion disorder. That's why it is treated with therapy and psychiatric medications. But Chelsea had that diagnosis removed and the blacklisting from EPIC seems to support that its been changed to malingering or factitious disorder

The main difference is one is intentional and one is psychiatric and non-intentional.

I looked through her IG page. I get the feeling her modeling career wasn't doing too well, so she fell into this weird condition. I had never heard of her until today.

As for Celine Dion--I think they diagnosed her via her spinal fluid. If Chelsea really thinks she has something like Stiff Person Syndrome, it looks like they'll need to test via spinal fluid.
