@TheCosmicWarrior just did a stream that included discussion about the porno. He paywalled it afterwards, but I took notes.
Some highlights:
- Darkgrift claims that he knows the outfit who put together the porno, and they usually pay $300-400 for extras to stand around. He claims he almost agreed to do it (Jon calls him a degenerate).
- Darkgrift further tries to claim that this whole thing is a nothingburger, and Zack was "only watching live porn."
- Cider interjects and points out Zack's +1 ate cum that is not Zack's.
- Jon chides Cider for spoiling the surprise.
- Both Cider and Jon seem to agree the video is a bad look for Zack.
- Darkgrift disagrees and claims Zack is only a cuck if it's his girl that is getting railed.
- Classical music is played as @Mister Dongs initial summary is read (LOL).
- Darkgrift theorizes that the woman Zack is with is on the payroll of the studio, and they are only pretending to be a couple.
- Jokes about oars, and shoving oars into bodily orifices.
- Darkgrift concedes Zack's +1 eats cum, but still tries to claim it's a nothingburger.
- Darkgrift identifies the porn starlet as Syren De Mer (I get the feeling Darkgrift watches a LOT of porn). For anybody who cares, here is a link to her IMDB profile (it's work safe). It does indeed appear to be her.
- The whole segment lasts maybe about 20 minutes.
TL;DR: Darkgrift tries to defend Zack. It's about as convincing as you'd expect.
In order to introduce it into evidence they would have to establish some relevance to the case. As I recall, Waid leveled the usual histrionic bullshit about Meyer being an alt-right Nazi, but said nothing about him being a coomer or cuck. SJWs usually don't flip a tit over being a coomer or cuck.
Maybe they threatened to make known publicly, outside of court, but I am pretty sure that would constitute blackmail. Very risky, and therefore doubtful IMO.
One minor silver lining about that settlement for Richard is that Waid likely won't be able to do a public victory lap here. As I understand it, neither party is allowed to speak about the other.
Waid's supporters, and anybody else who has a bone to pick with CG? Well, that's a different story.
