That looks like a prison van i.e. what you're transported to prison and court in. In the UK the windows are usually heavily tinted or mirrored but its long been possible for paps to get a passable pic through them by pressing the camera to the glass and using a flash that's brighter than the sun. However, the lack of a door behind Tate makes me suspect that this pic has been taken from the corridor inside the van.

My bad on the missing context thing and the address issue, admittedly I don't follow Tate but I wasn't sure how many kiwis had seen or heard that podcast since the episode is now removed. Just wanted to post something that clarifies some of his earlier history without just bullshitting on anything since I got in trouble for that before.
