Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
You still in touch? They never seem to do follow up shows '20 years later'.
I'm not directly in touch with him - he doesn't appear to use social media - but one of my Facebook friends, who has a M-to-F child herself whom she loves very much, is, and said she saw him and his wife at their recent class reunion. ("Recent" being within the past few years.)

BTW, plastic surgeons have long used tissue from the labia minora to reconstruct lips in women who need extensive reconstruction due to burns, cleft palate repair, etc. The outer lips do not lubricate with sexual arousal, and they are of similar color and sensitivity as lip tissue.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to show what the RFF scar can look like on a lean arm.

I carry basically zero fat on my arm. I’m actually not even that skinny, it’s just my fat distribution. I can grab the skin on my arm, I can clearly see the veins, there’s just not a lot of fatty tissue underneath it.

I often see people worrying about whether they qualify for RFF due to their arms. As far as I know, it’s extremely unlikely that a person would not be able to have RFF based on their arm size. If you want to have the biggest, thickest dick ever, RFF might not be the technique for you. But speaking as someone who just wanted to end up with something average, I had no size issues.

In my opinion, there’s actually a big advantage of having slim arms and doing RFF: I have zero indentation on my arm. My scar is completely level with the rest of my skin. Not that there’s anything wrong with having a dent, of course. It’s just something that I visually really like about my scar.

My scar sits pretty close towards my hand. I used to think it was kinda weird, but I actually think it helps the scar blend in. Like it prevents my hand skin from looking like I’m wearing a skin glove. Again, not that there’s anything wrong with that, I just like how my wrist looks.

That’s about it for now! So if you’re someone who is considering RFF, but has lean forearms, I hope this post was somewhat helpful for you :-)
Guess she's getting annoyed again by people not thinking RFF is the greatest invention of mankind.
She's also be disingenuous about being 'average' size. She's less than 4 inches and we all know these porn-addicted TiFs measure based on erect length.

kiwis- i would genuinely come face to face with some of the rotdogs in this thread, than this, which looks like someones shat in a birds nest and placed it on thier lap. it looks like it fills the room it's in with a thick, deep smell of lamb.

sidenote, wow so many peoples 'normal' bodies are really not great.
I would say that is a male. The hands and feet are large and the shoulders are quite broad. Also the hips are narrow and the leg angle quite straight. I think he is just a bit unusual.

The transplant on my right leg looks really good so far.
This is my it. I’m already very exited to see the results after glansplasty
There is a penis attached to my body!
She appears to have gotten this after her metoidoplasty.

Oh for sure I think it is a dude- the point was more that troons always big up that sub to make themsleves feel better bout their surgeries, and like, most of the people who post on it are particularly unpleasing to the eye.

I just thought it was an especially horrible dick pic.

His actual body looks way better than a lot of the posts though

That filter = hard evidence that this woman is a mean, petty, insane bitch who is lying about her results and knows exactly what she's doing. Confirmed that d00leys isn't just coping and lying to herself, but is consciously tricking other people. Lol. Lmao

That leg scar looks like a really shitty tattoo of dice.

So a month ago, transbucket reopened. Let's check it out and see if there's anything interesting. As a reminder, an account is needed to access transbucket, so there will be no archives.

Wanted to post my results from body masculinzation since this transbucket category was empty, and in 2020 when I had surgery it was hard to find results online. I had lipo on my hips the same time as top surgery two years ago. Garramone has coined this procedure as "Mansculpture" in his practice. My hips were really disphoric for me, and this procedure has made a huge difference. I couldn't be happier with the results and I'm glad I went for it. My hips continue to slim further other the years, and it's alleviated my disphoria completely. I was nervous that adding this procedure to my top surgery was going to dramatically increase my pain and discomfort. The lipo area was tender and impressively bruised but the pain wasn't bad. You have to wear spandex shorts for a month or so which is annoying. There are two very small incisions on the top of my ass where the lipo was performed. This procedure did not qualify for out-of-network insurance reimbursement for Anthem Blue Cross, and was paid completely out of pocket.

I am almost 3 months post op for penile inversion vagionalplasty. I am very satisfied with the results and attention from Dr. Rajveer Purohit. I have had questions and concerns along the way and DR Purohit has been very attentive to these and remedies or questions are addressed promptly.

Regarding sensation, I rated a 4 just because this is still all new to me. With that in mind, I do have sensation and have had orgasmic sensations, not sure if an orgasm but very pleasent.

This is my second post - couldn't figure out how to upload more photos.

First surgery 6/25/21: Dr. Kathryn "Ashley" Brandt - Reading Hospital , PA

Mons resection, labia majora resection, removal of labia minor to great additional girth/length of neo-phallus. No UL, no scrotoplasty or vaginectomy.

I had a few cysts develop post first surgery which caused some excess tissue on the left side. I also had some granulation tissue form inside the neo-phallus after pumping 2 months out.

Revision surgery 12/3/21: resection of excess labia majora, removal of granulation tissue and clean up of the glans/tip. Minor hematoma developed on the right side but so far does not seem to have any long term effects.

Overall I'm extremely satisfied with sensation and aesthetic. Dr. Brandt was very communicative throughout consult to follow ups. Her surgical team was very sensitive to trans care - used proper pronouns throughout. Very pleased with anesthesia team and post op care while in the hospital.

Sorry, friends, it seems we spooked Ashton Williams, who has deleted everything from her TikTok profile:
ashtonwilliams211-dfe.png
(I have all of Ashton's TikTok videos downloaded anyway.)

It says "follow me on Instagram" at the top, but I believe she's had her account set to private since before we discovered her.

EDIT: False alarm, sorry, I think this was just TikTok being shit for a few minutes for me.

I know for male to female ones., they come off hormones to allow for more growth in certain areas to provide the "doctor" with more material to work with. I imagine it also cuts down on liability to some extent by removing one more thing the surgical staff has to worry about.
OK so I have a question if you're a tranny and you're on hrt and lets say you can no longer get it then what happens?

If you haven't had your ovaries or testicles removed, you "go back to normal", with whatever long-term damage the cross-sex hormones have caused. If you have had them removed, your body will not function properly. Fatigue, muscle and bone wastage, weight gain, hot flashes. Think the menopause but worse.

Turning back to the Reddit post (reddit.com, archive.ph), I can't help but feel that when faced with the apocalypse you might have more pressing concerns than access to cross-sex hormones (as in, the end of the world and your impending death).

“Gender affirming” liposuction is infuriating. That better not be paid with tax dollars. How about a gender affirming diet and exercise?

Here's some info on the SRS experience of Nicholas Secondino aka Nikki, cross posted from the A&N thread. He killed his father and stabbed his sister last Thursday. (Quote excerpts info relating to medical transition but there is a bit more in the thread relating to the murder/family)
Your browser is not able to display this video.
  • He says he hated his penis since he was 5, all the stories he tells are in relation to his sister, he was upset that he doesn't get to wear the same clothes and have the same genitals as her.
  • He had SRS at age 19 in "September of this year" - interview posted in Aug 2020 so I'm not sure if the SRS was in Sept 2019. He took a gap year after high school to have his surgery. He did have complications during SRS, he was under anesthesia for 10 hours, and on bed rest in the hospital for a week, lost a lot of blood in surgery so he had to have a blood transfusion in the hospital. After they took the catheter out he wasn't able to pee, and his surgeon told him it was probably the swelling. He didn't provide an update on whether he can pee now or if his complications have been resolved.
  • SRS felt like the "final piece in the puzzle" for him, he felt amazing and "unstoppable".
  • Before discussing his complications he said that his surgery went very well and that he knew exactly how a vagina works since he always wanted one (Lol). He tells a story about dating men who would not date him if he wasn't post-op. But no specific comments (iirc) implying he's having penetrative sex. I can't imagine he is that soon after the surgery.
  • He wasn't on puberty blockers but socially transitioned and went on hormones to start high school. He thinks he was mainly stealth in high school but by the end everyone knew he was trans because friends didn't keep it a secret. later in the interview he mentions having doubts on his transition in the early stages but doesn't think he would be as mentally stable without it.
  • He says he was never turned on before surgery. Then says "I don't find women attractive, I don't find vaginas attractive, except my own."
  • "Do you think I went from being some buff jock to being this slim feminine model?"
  • He says that people who think he's a man should go back to school and learn anatomy.
  • He thinks women are jealous of him.
From listening to a lot of detransition stories, I truly wonder if the hormone changes could have led to severe mental health changes for him before the killing.

Unrelated to above, I'm sorry if this picture is old news, I didn't see it in many places on reverse image search. But wow. Lock this surgeon up

But why don't they just get the skin roll-up from some other part of their body? I'm not super familiar with all of the different methods but I know the surgeons can make rot dogs from leg skin. I feel like these women are choosing to harvest flesh from their tattooed arms deliberately and I can't figure out why that could be.
Rate me late because others answered already, but the most likely reason is that the Radial Forearm Flap (RFF) phalloplasty is the most popular current technique to create a neo-phallus and I’d say the results this far seem to be the most consistent (not saying anything about quality) and have the most examples online. That would probably make it the safest option for FTM bottom surgery if there is one. Also, yes, the veins are important and blood flow in that area is good (thank you for all the informative posts, frens). I’d also wager that the impact of removing tissue and having scarring in that area, in the worst scenario, is less detrimental to your overall mobility than harvesting it from elsewhere.
I love anyone who says it because its (whether intentional or otherwise) the best sneak diss.
Sure, it can be a passive aggressive bitch move, but I’d say in online sjw circles it’s your absolutely necessary “sent from my iPhone” signature - you need to be as inoffensive as you can in order to maintain peace. This is also distantly related to how most women are socialized - to be as accommodating and pleasant in social interaction as possible and don’t show any aggression, avoid conflict, try to smooth over any possible signs of conflict. This translates to sjw circles as an omnipresent “everything is valid and what I’m saying is just my personal experience and I don’t mean to invalidate anyone’s identity or experiences please don’t hurt me or gang up on me.”
