Is this guy different from all the others who do this to you? From an outside perspective it seems like he is dead set to get you arrested or banned or whatever but unlike the others isn't outright sabotaging your life or screeching to the police because he genuinely believes that tweeting at ISPs or police accounts will do something. I ask out of curiosity as I would've thought there'd be many other accounts doing this exact same thing. Sounds like it's better to take the laughs at the equally harmless as they are stupid retards than the actual psychopathic ones.
