he's an okay fighter. wouldnt have cut it in Glory or K1 or anything though. 5/10 or 6/10, i'd say.
ISKA kinda fucking sucks lol. and unlike in boxing where there are unification bouts between different beltholders (eg. you might have heard of canelo uniting his weightclass recently by beating all beltholders in it) kickboxing isn't really like that, but with some exceptions. there are hundreds of 'world titles'. some 'world' titles are invitational tourneys that are only between like a few dozen people from select gyms. not much of a world title. the phrase is thrown around so much it is meaningless. but tate really likes to use it a lot.

edit: iska is a wayyy smaller pool of fighters than other kickboxing, and it tends to be ignored by most compitent strikers. it's super niche. his title doesn't mean pretty much anything in the greater kickboxing world.

If Andrew Tate of all people somehow ends up getting off all the charges, there should be a new Internet rule about journalists and internet simps will try to ruin people's lives for the crime of angering a rich white girl. The media didn't give a shit about Harvey Weinstein raping a Mexican maid. Soon as Jennifer Lawrence calls herself a rape victim from Prostituting herself for movie roles, the media goes insane.

Not a single thing about my original post was pro Andrew Tate beyond the media history of white knighting rich white women. I never said I believed Andrew Tate innocent or not. But yes. Because judging someone guilty before any criminal trial hasn't backfired ever.

How to pad a fighting record in 3 easy steps:
  1. Pick your fights
    90% of people in any sport are just bad. Maybe they're not really serious, or they got into it recently, or they just have total shit genetics. Naturally, most people in a random tournament are not the best of the best, and if you're actually a good fighter you will beat them.
    There are many other people who have been crowned "World Champion" of kickboxing by various leagues. Tate has not fought them, partly because he would have to acknowledge that other "World Champions" exist.
  2. Grease some palms
    Fixing a match is not CIA-spook magic. You want to win, you will pay money to win, the other guy wants money. Once you've decided on the match outcome, quietly let all your mafia friends know, so they can place their bets accordingly.
  3. Take the L and repeat
    Sometimes, for some reason, you run into someone who is actually a good fighter and isn't interested in losing by any means. There's no need to panic. Just do some nonsense that causes you to technically lose, rather than suffer an embarrassing knockout or a lifelong injury.
    Who cares anyway? A 10-1 record is still impressive, and a 100-10 record is even more impressive. As long as you win most of the time, the number will still look good.
