Lower tier retail job and her first shift was on Black Friday? Thats pretty horrible management if they throw her to the wolves on that day, literal hell on earth in that industry. Regardless of what kind of personality she is, no one should have to deal with that on their first day.

Most places don't really care as all they need is warm bodies on the floor to direct the flow or take care of things on the back end that they're not going to have time to do themselves.

They're cheap, easily replaceable and most of them are gone by the time the new year comes about and retail enters the dreaded after Christmas slump. The fact that she's still employed means that she's either doing a good job or everybody else quit and they just need somebody there.

It's probably the latter. Places like that and fast food have a shitton of employee turnover and if she even just stays put for a bit, they'll take whatever they can get their hands on. Even people like Len Shaner had longer stays than they should have because of it.

I'm just going to laugh a little bit.

She's in the same boat as Phil, to an extent. First thing you get when you google her name is her Twitter (which leads to the comment she made about wanting to commit arson). Second thing you get is her thread here. The third thing is a youtube poop.

I'm assuming that she's doing some sort of retail work, since any company that actually googles its employees/does any sort of reputation/background check would have immediately found this stuff.

Knowing her, she's probably also rambling about it on a forum somewhere, or in a chatroom.

Wow, he missed the point of the ending.

He's probably slightly better than I would be at a new game, but he's as insufferable and stupid and his commentary is as useless as ever.

For instance, he kept fucking complaining about the rocket launcher while causing damage to HIMSELF nearly every time he fired the thing, then complained about being one shotted when he'd all but killed himself before the other guy even fired. He does this repeatedly.

I am genuinely bad at any multiplayer FPS that requires you to be good at headshots (CS, any military FPS) but I do pretty well in games that don't have that requirement like Team Fortress 2. But Phil takes it to a whole other level of scrubbery. If you can't use a rocket launcher -debatably one of the easiest weapons to use in an Arena FPS- then you are beyond help.
