I want to put my opinion in about the idea of Kanye admitting himself to a mental health clinic. This is often the thought process of someone who places themselves into the hospital:

  1. I am functioning poorly and something is wrong with me and I cannot fix it myself. I feel uncomfortable at being in the real world due to how I am functioning
  2. The professionals at the hospital will be able to help me with my lack of functioning. I should go there for help.
Here's the thing, however. Kanye will never admit that he can't maintain homeostasis by himself because he has a big ego and potentially he has anosognosia from how he appears to say he doesn't have a bipolar disorder at all. Anosognosia is essentially a mental condition in which you believe that you are fine and aren't actually mentally ill and your functioning is quite great. This is often why schizos and manic folk won't take their pills or get help and it's quite painful for their loved ones because you're essentially seeing them bleed out and they're saying they're fine when in actuality they're dying in front of your eyes.

Secondly, there is no absolute way that he trusts a professional to do anything to him. He has stated that he doesn't trust anyone. He's definitely not going to get on medication, the stuff he stopped taking two years ago. He will probably not even want a therapist that just allows him to vent and talk about the jews.
