The recent talk about Buccal fat removal is fascinating to me, i really wonder why does it look good on some people and bad on others. there's science to it taht's has not been figured out yet.
On Erin, i do not identify the bichectomy as the issue, it's everything else thats dragging her down. The cheekbone augmentation, the overfilled lips, the collapsing nose, whatever happened to her eye/brow area... the overall frozen look of too much injectables
Buccal fat removal with pleasing results: Bella Hadid (she looks a little botched and reptilian especially when she smiles, but the carved in cheeks are not the main issue, it's the eye work etc), and Zoey Kravitz. They both redid their whole face top to bottom to look more intimidating, exotic and high fashion, maybe that's what makes the thing work.
But some patients online also look a bit better after the procedure and they don't seem to do the cheek augmentation, nosejobs, blepharo, chin implants and lip fillers.
Really bad buccal fat removal:
the Glee girl (Lea Michel?), the Games of Thrones girl (Sansa).
Maybe because their cheekbones are not that high naturally, or something to do with midface projection, but there's something in their face ratio that doesn't look good with that look.
Hard to say: The "I May destroy you" girl had everything done including that and now she looks really weird. Too much fillers and augmentation i think.
Something hilarious: troons think buccal fat removal is about them deep down, and that women are getting this done to emulate them
