Google field thousands of legal requests every single day, The alphabet companies default stance when receiving legal requests for information is to just give it. Google literally don’t have the capacity to actually vet every single request that comes in, it’s part of their risk management process to pretty much just accept almost everything that comes in if it’s properly formatted as well as not overreaching (you can’t ask for the IP‘s address of every single person who visited a single website for example but a single person they could).
Now this i don’t have any proof of but I wouldn’t be surprised if all these small requests google literally handed off to an AI to manage. If AcerThorne was asking for something bigger it probably would’ve gone to a real lawyer to quickly review and manage properly, but because it was a small request it just got green lit.

Honestly, don’t use Google for anything that may upset someone. Don’t even make alts on Google.
