As having known someone who has had a liposuction for their body, I know for a fact that whatever fat removed from its original place will start growing in other places where fat cells are present. In other words, what you remove from your stomach would droop over the arms, legs, back, everywhere.
Unless this guy continues to exercise regularly, he will see that effect on his body soon. And even if he did and we assume he quits it later in his midlife, his wrestling job will be over around that age. I find it hard to believe a person like this is and will be doing exercise for the sake of health and not something vain, like youthful appeal.

He’s already starting to gain weight again. I showed a picture in the OP where you can clearly see he’s gaining back the weight.

Nobody watches this. One of the key characteristics of modern wrestling fan is pretending like they watch things they don't. Troon Bandit falls squarely in that category.

Yes I saw that. I felt I need to highlight the fact that the original fat distribution would be different, however. So perhaps in a match where it's obscenely obvious and he slams his body against the floor, we'd see interesting "details" in that sort of rewind.

50 loses 27 wins. I don't remember any match I've seen him as being memorable (no, not even the Malakai Black match. Only the end of that match was important) and since he wrestled everywhere, he has no long running story to him for people to get behind.
