LANCASTER, Pa.– A Columbia man will serve up to 40 years in prison for sexual abuse of a pre-teen girl.

Nickalaus Stoutzenberger, 24, was sentenced Monday to a 16 ½-to-40-year state prison term by Lancaster County Judge Merrill Spahn after being convicted of three charges, including a first-degree felony count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child.

Spahn told Stoutzenberger that his crimes will impact the victim for the rest of her life and that he is a dangerous person who has shown signs of pedophilia, a sexual attraction to children.

The abuse took place in 2009 and 2010 at a home in Manor Township, when the girl was six years old.

As part of his sentence, Stoutzenberger must register his whereabouts with police for the rest of his life under the terms of Megan’s Law.

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Columbia man will serve up to 40 years in prison for sexually abusing a girl beginning when she was 6 years old.

Nickalaus Stoutzenberger, 24, was ordered to spend 16-and-a-half to 40 years behind bars at his sentencing Monday, and he must register his whereabouts with police for the rest of his life, according to District Attorney Craig Stedman’s office.

Stoutzenberger was convicted in January on a felony count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and two misdemeanor counts of indecent assault.

Authorities said he sexually abused the girl at a Manor Township home in 2009 and 2010.

Imagine what the world was like forty years ago: disco, bell-bottoms, leisure suits.

Imagine what the world was like 16 years ago: AOL dialup, Tom Green, the CD Walkman.

That's what the passage of time is going to be like while Nick's on the inside should he even last so long. IF Nick gets parole in just 16 years, think of all the stuff we have today that will have vanished. Chances are his idiot Mother will be dead.

Any hope that we may get a local TV station's website that may have some video? A post-sentencing perp walk would be the perfect capper to this saga.

Not yet. SCI Waymart is a good guess as to the kind of place, but we'll know in a day or two so it's no big rush. At least if he's really lucky and considered suitable for minimum security. Considering his sentence? SCI Greene is another possibility though it was full last I checked. That's where Jerry Sandusky will die.

Putting him in general population would be a death sentence, and not one you'd have to wait long for. He'll be segregated.

So guys I did some math.

Nick's mom, Carol, is 47 years old. His aunt, Joyce, is 54 years old.

It means that by the time nick gets out he's going to be 64 years old, his mother will be 87 years old and his aunt will be 94 years old.

Can anyone here really believe that an 87 year old woman is going to take care of her 64 year old son?
