tl;dr version = don't bother, its just a reply for Level99
Although they are not immune to being suspended, objectively, the Left are more about inclusivity of all people. The Right on the other hand are about individualism and nationalism. In short, the right-wing, are primarily about themselves and people that look like them only. In the USA that would mean right-wingers are only about white male rights primarily. Anything that deviates from that for them will be considered woke and it will really bother them. Any time there is a new movie trailer with a black woman in a prominent role that would normally be for a white male, you can be assured screams of WOKE will be in the comment section -- right-winger reaction 101. So they are uncomfy with women rights, civil rights, gay rights, etc. Those things are a no-no for right-wingers, which is why they tend to shout out and cause a tossle online which inevitably leads to their getting suspended/banned -- they take it way too far and start becoming sexist/racist/homophobic, going beyond rational criticisms. The problem with that thinking is it only makes up a portion of the real society. 50% of the world are women; and 80% of the world is not white. So, right-wingers, particuarlly white right-wingers are a (vocal) minority. Now, corporations, like Twitter, want to make money. Lots of money! They know full well that the more customers they can reach the better for their bottom line today and/or the future. And so businesses by nature are more interested in inclusivity, which just so happens to align with the Left's internal beliefs. This is why companies support gay rights, diversity, woke culture, etc.
So the left don't have special treatment. Those on the Left are just being who they are, which coincidentally aligns well with what corporations are after -- maximized reached == maximized returns. So, when, as a white right-winger you scream the N-word all day, this is not gonna fly with corporate culture because well, it puts off an important segment of their customer base. TBH, though i think anyone should be able to say the N-word because it is all about context. And most black people would aggree. But corporations are a finiky bunch. They don't like any negative press of any kind which is why you dont want to say it on corporate platforms like Twitter. I think in time though the N-word will lose its bite and it will finally be ok to say it a lot more. Seems like that is where it is headed. It will de-power the word, which is the ideal goal.
