Dogs do exactly that. There's a reason most people don't know their dogs are sick until they're throwing up or pissing blood. Dogs (and most animals) do their hardest to hide that they're sick, because in the wild, a sick animal is going to be a dead animal soon. Some poor dog getting ass raped by this sick freak is going to try and hide that it's anus is wrecked. That doesn't mean the poor thing enjoyed it, it means it has thousands of years of evolution telling it that that's what to do.
