As for his job this job he's working at now. um these people didn't hire him on the spot on the spot. He got hired because he was eager, you know very eager. When he put in his job his job his job application, he kept doing follow ups he got called in for not one but two interviews called for two interviews he aced them, he kept following up and kept trying so they said lets just hire this person, this person is really eager and wants to be here so lets add him on the team, that's how he got it, being eager. He's an eager person. He feels there is nothing wrong with being eager.
Nothing wrong with being eager he's an eager person for dating (and the booze comes out) and for relationships and talking to women and stuff like that. A lot of women mistake kindness for weakness they mistake being eager for for for for being they think eager is desperation. A man who's eager is seen as desperate. That's what he wanted to share he was eager putting in that job app. Here's the thing he put an app in, they uh, he had problems filling the app right, with questions and all you know? Put me in the red with them so he kept trying and trying. He had to wait for the app to clear out of the system you know? He waited for this and reapplied. He put in a new app, same thing put me in red. He filled a question out wrong. Had to wait, he had to keep trying and trying. He finally got a question right it put him in the yellow you know? (black and red are accounting terms used in slang as good bad, black being good red bad. what the fuck is yellow? )
The manager called district and said Kent is really good and he likes him. He told him this story. He said good things to the district manager. He's eager and wants to be here and stuff like that. The district said he wants this that bad put him on and he wants to be on our team put him on. That's pretty much how he got put on. Behind his eagerness it paid off he kept on trying man. I did not quit at all man. It's a good thing, sometimes its good to be. Sometimes you work hard and get it, I really want this job so I didn't give up I kept trying to. Twice the app turned him down put him in the red. It put him in the yellow not green. (oh, I think he did something computerized since he's mentioned red yellow green for the apps)
He's very eager Kent wanted to be on the team. He went Kent try mode, he did this. He kept trying and trying he was eager to work there. He told the district Kent is very eager every day not every day pretty much every week. He did follow ups and kept up before he got that job. How he was eager that's how much he wanted to. That's how much he wanted to work there for the interview other people were there you know what I mean? They got the job, he had to work twice as hard. (Kent advice from someone older and has been working a long time, don't work hard work smart, at times it's smart to work hard but mostly just smart)
They did their interview got job Kent had to work harder to get what he wanted twice as hard try twice as hard as the next person for what he wants in life. Everything isn't handed to him on a sliver platter, those who think that are mistaken, he's having to try and work twice as hard to get what he wants, this job is a perfect example the job he's at now. His eagerness paid off he gives himself credit for trying. He hopes being eager will pay off in the dating scene and world. He thinks women feel eager is desperate it's clearly not the case for me.
