The lady at the podium is talking about how feminism isn't a cancer at college, but rather that it's madness.
Fatty keeps shouting shit like "Fuck you! Fuck you!" & when the person at the podium keeps telling her to STFU she responds with "It's freedom of speech! It's freedom of speech!"
She then says "Stop talking to us like we're children!" to which the speaker responds "We will once you stop acting like one."
Somebody at the back shouts "No free speech!"
It ripples throughout the audience & a handful of people keep chanting it.
When she starts flailing her arms, she's actually chanting "No free speech! No free speech! No free speech!"

If you told me 40 years ago that students at ANY university in ANY Western country would one day protest against free speech I would have laughed at you.
They haven't just corrupted feminism and social justice in general, they've also destroyed a very long history of meaningful student activism.

For someone not wanting to be spoken to like a child, she's got all the the tantrum gestures that a kid would make. What happened to the single upraised fist? Or is that cultural appropriation now too, to shake a fist in the air in anger and displeasure?

I wouldn't even say that. Mentally ill extremists have always popped up in papers and perhaps even on local news stations. We just live in the social media era, where it's incredibly easy to pass along your insane views within a blink of an eye to billions of people, who then can spread it around even more. Which in turn makes it easy to reach the other mentally ill or easily swayed people of the world. Depending on what circles you frequent, it can seem like you're overwhelmed with "opposition" and many people feel the need to be quiet and just let them do their thing when that happens, ending in what we see in the video.
