Part of what confuses me is everyone over there thinks people are mad at Nick. Theres a simple solution, use the school as a place to socialize your kids, provide basic education and as a free babysitter. Then supplement the homework and areas of study with tutoring. And like, spend quality time with your children and talk to them. help them develop the critical thinking skills to evaluate and in many cases reject the woke bullshit and the other bullshit that they will pick up by virtue of leaving the house and engaging with the world. Kids need to develop a sense of self, and be able to meet dumb ideas and challenge them. Also, if your mom is the teacher and she has spent all day dealing with teaching stuff, shes going to want to check out and have alone time in the evenings when a normal parent would be catching up with kids on their day and help them with their homework or work on building a treehouse. But yeah I guess cooping us your kids in the house all day and having them do work books and shit, then having to spend evenings and weekends dragging the family around to all the homeschool socializing shit that is necessary since they never spend time out of the house during the day is super efficient. Its a recipe for burnout even in the best case, and would you consider Nick's pill popping wife best case?
