But A.) the likelihood of the only other person on the Internet directly connected to Chase's Linktree Facebook moniker of "Chase Thomas" being someone else on the site named "Wraith Thomas" who just so happens to also be a massively retarded illiterate weeb who types like him and has animal abuse records that match the obsession with bestiality is so ungodly low, and B.) he has already made clear that he is deranged and takes literally nothing seriously.

Unfortunately that's unavoidable with a site like this, there are a whole lot of worthless scumbags on here who are technically being rewarded because nobody would care they existed otherwise. That's why I always dislike when users want to "help" people of interest; they're already being rewarded just by being featured here, if you wanted to spend your time helping someone there are way more deserving candidates out there.

For people like this you provide them attention so long as it's interesting or entertaining to you, and that's all. You can't worry about the morality of it.

I was just PM'd a tip regarding Chase's animal cruelty charge. It does seem to add up, though it also seems to somewhat contradict @Syntaxion's prior findings of it being listed as a non-violent offense in the records, but regardless, here it is:

Joel's cruelty charge was in Okmulgee, OK which is city in Okmulgee County, OK. If you look on the voter registration sites it has the small town of Morris, OK linked to past addresses. Article date is from March of '01 and this would have been Halloween '00. Seems to line up with Syntaxion's court records dating roughly a week after on 11/07/2000.

Okay, let's play internet lawyer. I suspect that Oklahoma has a finite list of crimes which are defined as "violent crimes" for the purposes of sentencing and the like, and sure enough, here it is as it was in 2001, and here's the current version. Note that both lists do not include animal abuse of any sort, so as psychopathic as this kid must have been to do something like this, he was not a "violent criminal" as defined by law. If you don't like it, feel free to become a citizen of Oklahoma and then petition your state lawmakers.
