I agree. Atlantic City and the surrounding area of NJ aren't like Vegas and aren't set up for quickie wedding service for out of state residents, never mind out of state residents who list their current residence as Mexico. They got all kinds of problems. They are going to be spending time waiting at county clerks offices, if they can get an appointment, and then they have a 72 hour waiting period if they even get the application submitted and approved. I doubt Ralph has proof of his divorce handy, which he also needs to get a valid marriage license anywhere in the USA.

They also need to do all of this while dragging an infant along for the fun.
