Speculation: Timaz is from NYC so obviously he was with her (who else took the photo of her getting out of the car?).

However, this was the same year that he was exposed by Vice, therefore he didn't accompany Naomi to the Maker event. Hence the "panic attack" when someone asked her something technical or about her Twitter posts that she couldn't answer.

It's China, those bike things have been around for a decade or more before they were even called e-bikes. They are essentially electric tuk tuks but there are some also built around gas powered motorbikes. You can ride them on the road but not the highway.
