I'm not sure. I know you can eventually sell off stuff that didn't start out yours if it's abandoned but there are probably peculiar New York abandoned property laws about it. Even if I did know specifics I really wouldn't want to do unpaid legal research for Ralph inadvertently.

I think he was definitely hoping to use the Monster Factory as the event space (couldn't be a more perfect space for a Ralph wrassle party) but it's obvious that didn't work out so they had to push forward the date by months and his buddy found another space that agreed to let him rent it. I'd bet good money the event rental is under his wrasslin buddy's name too, not Ralph's and I doubt they really know who is going to be using their little hall.

Not that I know exactly how local wrestling works, but constructing the ring is one of the processes that could be a COMPLETE shitshow if Ralph didn't think it through.

Yes, Harry's dox was found at the moment Ethan Ralph started to date Amanda Morris, it was very interesting since he's ip2 and AF adjacent, and actively shitposts in the sektur. Finding the dox was very simple, I doubt it took more than 5 minutes. We were going to make a thread but it was scrapped likely because he seemed like an innocuous idiot father instead of a lolcow/grifter and he wasn't remotely interesting.

He was then publicly doxed by a member of the forum during Thanksgiving, 2021. They made a thread about it, inciting prank calls.
