A retard like Baked is plenty capable of finding trouble in jail, althought the type of trouble he'd find in the big house is probably stuff like not paying his debts or snitching. That said, I wouldn't rule out that he'd do something that gets him in the official sort of trouble.

I don't want to de-rail the thread from staying on-topic with nigger bum-rape, but is there info on the specific facility he's going to? It's federal jail, as opposed to fed prison, right? Does anyone know know anything about the federal jail system?
My understanding is that fed prisons are graded into "minimum security", "medium security", "max", "super-max", etc. But generally, because jails are mostly short-term inmates not yet assessed for security risk, all inmates are basically in together- unpaid parking fines with multiple murders, so essentially ALL jail inmates live under pretty "high security" conditions. Or does federal jail work different to this.
As if there wasn't enough confirmation already, this slap on the wrist is as good as proof that BA's an informant, so I doubt he'll get enough contact with other inmates to get raped- Federal informant + rich trust-fund kid + social media "star" big enough for frequent MSM mentions = 100% protective custody. But if federal jail works the way I think, it's not gonna be cushy protective custody- Shit conditions, shit food, extremely low chances of any "luxuries"- If he's lucky, he may get free-to-air tv, and maybe whatever book got donated to the jail by Salvation Army. Solid steel/concrete "bed" a few feet from the toilet. And in protective custody, he'll be doing well to spend 1hr outside that cell every 2 or 3 days, when he'll get "excercise time", alone, shuffling around around a small concrete yard, or maybe indoor basketball court.

Jail is shitty at the best of times- and especially for a fat, spoiled, attention-seeking faggot like Tim, the social isolation of protective custody will have him losing is shit. Technically yes but often it's not really enforced by most probation officers, especially in cases where drugs aren't involved.
They'll leave him a message that he has to report in to the Probation and Parole office once every 9 months or so. He'll see someone, most of the time not even his specific P.O., they'll say, "Okay, you checked it. That's all. Thank you." And then he can leave.
Probation is a breeze. The 60 days is gonna suck though. 60 days is no picnic.
Especially since he's not going to prison, and even if he was, rape is extremely rare. Sex in prison is consensual and strictly between faggots. Occasionally, it's for an exchange of goods but even then it's never interracial like the homosexuals in this thread are fantasizing about.
Prison is extremely segregated, especially for things like sex.

He'll behave himself and come out with a bunch of bullshit stories he lifted from other inmates or he'll get in with the peckerwoods, they'll find out who he is and shake him down for commissary or he'll do something dumb on purpose like smart off to a CO or refuse housing and go sit in solitary for his entire sentence.
60 days in solitary isn't that bad. You can workout, read the Bible, play chess with your neighbors, learn to "fish" so you can pass things to and from other cells, be obnoxious as fuck and rap at the top of your lungs at 3AM.
Maybe he will get some tattoos but he's rather effeminate and I doubt he'd trust the sanitation standards of a prison tattoo artist (a lot of them are actually very strict about this)

They don't have "peckerwoods" and prison gangs in jail, nor are they getting tattoos when they're only in there for a few days to a few months. Jail is not prison.
Why would he need to learn to "fish" as you call it when he's not going to be locked in a cell 24 hours a day? Jails are one big dormitory where the inmates may or may not be locked in their specific cell only during the night but possibly not even then.
