I don't even think it's worth tagging or noting, it's such a menial sentence compared to what other people have had to deal with who've done the same. I wasn't a big proponent of Baked being a fed before, but after his last judge got SWAT'ed I thought he'd face a much stiffer penalty after he rejoiced for it. But now I'm inclined to think he is one because he hasn't. And I doubt he ever will.

Considering how much federal judges have tried to fuck over the 1/6 protesters as much as possible, there is something that Baked Alaska has and the boomers don't.

On the other hand, I believe Baked is stupid enough that he got some cushy backroom deal or otherwise an asset to the feds that they have reason not to burn alive, he'd be blabbing about it sooner or later.

Worth remembering that when he thought it benefited him, Baked was some progressive journo fag. When the tide was turning for online discourse and it favored right wing talking points, he "came out" as an undercover Conservative, and after Charlottesville, he "came out" as an undercover progressive warning people of the dangers of the right, then when he had nothing left to gain, he flopped right back to being a Conservative.
