In the words of Macklemore,
I'm like, Yo that's fifty dollars for a T-shirt
Limited edition, let's do some simple addition
Fifty dollars for a T-shirt, that's just some ignorant bitch (Shit)
I call that getting swindled and pimped (Shit)
I call that getting tricked by a business

Then you need to split revenue with your model, but also with the fucking site. I am guessing the cut of the site 30% already. I'd be shocked if it was less, and I'd be even more shocked if he had his own platform and processed payment himself. Then you need to pay taxes.
I think you missed the part where he was waxing lyrical about the ability to use bitcoin for transactions (directly between customers and camgirls), and how he could supposedly "avoid paying taxes" thanks to this. The Full Send podcast is probably the one where he goes into the most detail about that business.
Which casinos does he own btw? There has been a lot of presence from casinos online recently, even for table games, so I am surprised he never tried to go digital with it. If you own a license, there is no reason not to. You don't even need to build the software, you can just buy a sublicense to an existing software, make your own skin and push it.
Check the OP. He made a deal with a chain called "Las Vegas Games", and according to him convinced the owners of that chain by offering to open new branches of that chain in strategic locations near to competitors, doing so with his own money. And yes, they're not casinos. They're glorified gambling arcades with a handful of slot machines and other rigged money-stealing devices.

Lmao, I thought I'd look it up. Looks like his "casino's" look like this:

Google "Las Vegas games casinos romania", thats the franchise he bought in, they owned like 400 casinos around europe and were a sponsor of the romanian version of the UFC. Tate owned 10% of that romanian UFC and thats how he got into all of that by offering the brothers that owned that casino franchise that he would open up casinos next to their competitors on his own dime. Last count was that Tate owned like 15 of these casinos.

They are not rally "fancy" casinos but more what you would expect in eastern europe.

Few of those casinos look like this

Most look like this

Your numbers and assumptions are off. You're going by average cam girl, but much there is a lot of difference in earning potential and the low earnings is typically unmanaged girls that talk about their cats (the ones that don't sell a dream).

His one discord server was making him about 5 million a month. The other one was harder to calculate, but possibly close. He owns casinos (their lack of profit during covid lockdown is why he built the discord get rich quick scheme).

I'm sure he inflates his perceived wealth like he does with everything else, but it's also possible to undersell it.

The idea that he was only good at kickboxing is kinda dumb. They don't call him top grifter for nothing. Getting people to spend $5000 dollars to be let into a discord server "secret society" is pretty good marketing of an almost worthless product.
It’s entirely possible that the Discord wasn’t actually making that much money. This may all turn out to be a money laundering scheme. Same with the casinos. These casinos were not like Caesar’s Palace. They’re like the sweepstakes that operate in strip malls. Those are a good business for money laundering because they nominally have many customers paying cash. For all we know, he started the manosphere grift because the casinos didn’t have enough traffic, and he needed a new way to explain where his pimp money was coming from. The Discord subscriptions were bought digitally, but low-level credit card transactions, or better yet crypto, is just a step above cash in terms of untraceability. Sometimes it’s better than cash because the Feds can track serial numbers on banknotes. Romanian authorities are capable of that too.

Tldr maybe they’re not paying $5,000 for a subscription to his discord. Maybe they’re paying $5k tor 10/10 Romanian prostitutes.

Yes, he's said explicitly on a podcast he decided to step up his online profile as a result of his "casinos" closing during covid.
But it doesn't quite make sense that he stepped up it up this much if money laundering was the goal. Not saying it isn't what happened, but man would that be shooting yourself in the foot.

I think it's more likely that he genuinely thought about what people would pay money for. His product does offer a solution to a problem that many people experienced. What to do with covid lockdown and travel restrictions? Where to find online valuable friends? How to have bros who can help you get rich? The war room is marketed as such. Just look at how common doomerism is among kiwifarmers, especially deep thought/articles crowd.

Yes, in practice the product probably doesn't solve the problem, but then neither do alex jones male virility pills. But it offers a solution so with as dumb as people on the internet are, I think it likely that it isn't primarily a front for money laundering. There is some value for a money laundering place to not be too good at their job, and the marketing/branding of tate is a actually stellar.

Ps. The health problem is apparently a lung ailment.

I haven't listened to it yet, but supposedly this is a video of one of the success stories from "the real world"

It's pretty much a 37-minute long commercial. I listened through hoping they would actually say something interesting but it was all just "...and The Real World™ also has this thing and it will help you".

Leaked audio of Andrew admitting to choking a girl, and saying he's the "smartest man on the planet" A lot of his fans are claiming it to be a deepfake but I don't believe it. For one, you can hear extra audio in the background of what sounds like a news report, most deepfakes have crisp audio where you can only hear the speaker. Another is the mic popping multiple times.
