The "star cycle" idea is good. However, it's merely one idea. To create a great story, there must be many good ideas. Story arcs, as it were. For example. How did Nick go from kicking people off the show for saying the dreaded f-slur to "I call people faggots on the Internet, that's what I do"? How did he go from "chad dad" to "I wish my parents told me how they fucked"? How did we get from "incel is a left-wing insult" to "KF is a bunch of incel faggots"? And not just "here's point A, and here's point B 20 paragraphs down apropos of nothing." Weave a thread. Establish patterns. Employ call-backs to points previously made. A gradual decline. A regression in standards and morals. Were the signs there? What did people gloss over back then? With hindsight, what can we observe?

Finally, "hypocrisy." That word is never used in your draft.
I'm a bit late on OP feedback, sorry. @Whistlin' Crustacean I couldn't reply directly to your post - maybe your post is too long?

I'm a newbie to the thread who didn't really know about Rackets before the bottle incident, I've been following since then but didn't really look into his history. I have to agree that as a person new to the content, the OP doesn't really pull things together for me cohesively. I get the gist of why everyone thinks his behaviour is hypocritical because I've been following the last 100-150 pages of this thread, so I was really looking forward to an OP that went into more detail on it but I can't really say it helped me understand his background more.

For example, a lot of people emphasised that he's always held himself as having a sort of 'trad' background and family, but there isn't any example, quotes, or archives of him saying this. I've also read a lot of posters contrasting this starkly with the behaviour of his friend Drex, who he frequently has on the show, but no mention of that either. There's also been the evidence of him basically being a trust fund baby type, leading to the speculation he's now rebelling against his parents or his wife's family. (Didn't he say something about being unhappy or pretending to be something he's not for the last twenty years or so?) I think that's relevant as he may have been carrying on the trad persona to avoid getting cut off monetarily and is splitting off now that he's (in his own view) achieved his independent financial stability through streaming.

I think narratively the focus on making these 'arcs' meant that the timeline of events isn't really cohesive and I don't really see the linear 'descent' from traditional, wholesome and respectable lawyer to nude-posting hedonistic degeneracy. (As an aside, I don't watch the cartoon show (Futurama?) that you're referencing so I don't get that reference either.) I understand that his drinking has always been prevalent on the show but it only comes up towards the end of the OP. As does his family. And considering that most of the content now comes from Locals, there's barely any mention of it or how its contributing to his current state.

TLDR; the draft OP kind of feels like a sort of in-joke thing where people who have been long time (now former) fans of Rekieta and followed the whole weeb wars saga 'get it', but its a bit confusing to a newbie. New OP has put in a lot of effort though and its clear other people enjoy the summary, so kudos for that.

Incidentally there really is no linear descent from trad dad Nick to total degenerate Nick. While there were hints of it even early on, it was really just like flipping a switch, at least as far as public persona goes.

I see. That's part of my point though, I couldn't tell from the OP. I only joined when the bottle incident happened and I don't know if that was the turning point. If there was a switch flipping moment, when was it?

During the negotiations for his Rumble/Locals deal. Nick got reinstated to Youtube and a cozy deal with rumble. He appears to just no longer care about what the "prudes" think of him after he becomes financially independent of Youtube superchats. It wasn't necessarily the superchats that he had to play pretend for, but the people that wouldn't give them if he didn't do the content anymore.

He has stated multiple times he doesn't care for long trial streams, but only did them for the money. (superchats) We can speculate that almost all of his legal content the past year was hated by him for similar reasons. Nick built his channel based on legal reading of contracts.

Good Point. @mindlessobserver The Futurama bits are a little distracting and you could use some examples of Rekieta trying to be clean (like the @FROG v. Jason Yungbluth debate Rekieta blew up on Yungbluth for swearing), maybe some sagely advice from the Chad Dad streams and making fun of degenerates like Jack Murphy. Also a short summary of who Drexel is would be helpful.

As a personal aside. In the final clip of the OP I wrote, Nick is drinking from a cup. I recognize that cup, because I own 6 of them myself. They are Stone wine glasses sold at the Camp Striker market, at the Victory Base Complex around Baghdad International Airport during the Iraq War. Some veteran fan sent those too him. Literal war trophies, and he's absolutely shit faced from drinking out of it talking about how prudes are preventing him from having fun.

Just saying.

I remember some lore to the stone cups. Might be the same one, but his are from a gift shop at Signal Mountain near Chattanooga, Tennessee... He's said as much.

I mean, yeah. He’s said as much.
He has stated multiple times he doesn't care for long trial streams, but only did them for the money. (superchats)
I mean, who would really? They take all day are usually boring and are draining. The more dull the trail the less fun the stream. There’s a reason most lawyers don’t stream trails and just break them down afterwards. Getting paid infinite money would be the only reason to do them. Especially if you are a family man like Nick clearly is.

You aren’t going to get Depp or Rittenhouse every time.
We can speculate that almost all of his legal content the past year was hated by him for similar reasons.
I mean, obviously. Dude started because he thought a lawsuit was funny. Problems started when people started asking him to do stuff he didn’t care about. And he told people to stop asking him to do stuff he did not care about more than enough times.
Nick built his channel based on legal reading of contracts.
And most of those were boring mad only funny by how stupid one side of the issue was.

Still digging into things, but I noticed something odd in Nick's locals stream last night. I've been noticing that he wears a very brightly colored wedding ring sometimes. Nothing terribly odd about that, people have different tastes, however, the odd thing is that he wears a dark colored ring on his ring finger on his right hand.

So I googled what that meant, and here was one of the top results. From Quora. Top answer is:
Code:
Wearing a black ring on any finger except the middle finger on the right-hand means you may be open to swinging.

I really only see 3 options on how to interpret this:
1. Nick is completely naive about this and it's a completely innocent thing (likelihood higher than 55%)
2. Nick knows what this means and is using it to troll the farms since he knows we'll dig into it (likelihood around 5%)
3. Nick has become a swinger and is wearing the signal for it (40%)

That seems newish to me but we'd have to check past videos.
While #2 is possible, it'd be another instance of "I was only pretending to be retarded".
Edit also, the blue one is a silicone ring. I wear a silicone one as well, but mine is black. I foolishly picked out a titanium ring when I got married and it was too big almost immediately. Can't resize titanium so just switched to silicone. Plus I work on electronics so it's best to not wear a metal ring anyway.

Judging from his last stream I guess Nick is really tip-toeing right now to try to avoid a fate as a cow and he's really standing on the edge off a cliff here. The Balldo review was embarassing, but I think that the MDMA in combination with his midlife crisis has completely buckbroken his synapses and sense of self.
MDMA is a fun experience, but you have to be aware that this drug is still a hard one. Even if you're completely "lucid" with the correct dosage, you can and possibly will do insanely retarded decisions while on it. Your brain registers feelings and sensations with a different light, but you don't notice it. And you definitely won't give a fuck when this substance has reached your brain and your "innately charged" (the battery analogy explains it well enough) serotonin is dumped into it. As a side-effect you can have a good comedown, but you still will feel numb for a few days, in more severe cases even weeks.

Drugs are "fun", people wouldn't use those if that wasn't the case. You still shouldn't do them, because there is always a possibility they can destroy your life. I'd even say that the mental effects are more dangerous than the physical ones. Alcoholics and Heroin/Cocaine users fuck up their bodies in addition to their mental states, but a wrong pill or tab can fuck you up for life (turning into a schizo or >muh enlightenment and that's not all). If the stuff you put into your body is cut with the wrong shit, it will kill you outright. It's always a gamble.

Some Locals logs that I picked up that I haven't seen yet.
Nick nobody is trying to generate bloodsports, KF, Clairebere, and Elissa are just pointing out the shit that goes on in locals. Your own local members were infighting with each after finding a video critical of you.
View attachment 4237971
I have doubts of that, when discord was making fun of you. I really don't think the wine moms will handle criticism well, i.e. your locals chat these last days
View attachment 4237978
Again it's your locals members fighting each other, this isn't some crazy kiwi plot to tear your locals apart.
View attachment 4237984
Such as your policy and actions on locals encouraging thot posting and lewd selfies?

Well we've reached the acceptance stage

Three rings are the best, can't wait to see the full review. Keep up the great content!

>I won't bite, it's boring and gay
Let's see how long that lasts, Nick. And he himself is into it, did he forget about Ralph? It sure wasn't boring and gay to him a while ago.
Running to Locals won't fix the "Discord problem", especially looking at this post:
Coming soon: the Hedonism III room only on Locals for $10/month
View attachment 4237912
He's definitely making it worse by telling people in his gay soon-to-be "Hedonism III" group to post "lewd" stuff. He needs to tell them that leaks will happen regardless and they should curb the lewdposting. Like our slobbermutt Führer said: Chat rooms are not private and they will never be. Maybe he should disclose it to them, but I doubt it. The boomers and mommies should at least have a warning first before making a choice to be documented on the internet forever or even become cows themselves. Maybe a random mommy will rather stick to DMs (Nick is going to post them anyway lul) or avoid posting nudes of themselves in the first place. Maybe I'm too nice to the other people orbiting Nick, but if the current state of this thread makes people think twice before they do something stupid, that could potentially ruin their lives because of an alcoholic grifter high on his farts, it would be fine by me.

I am probably an INTZELL PREWD for making this post anyway for our dear Rackets, but I question myself: Does he really fucking hate his kids? Imagine being a teenager and people finding out of your Dad's antics of this magnitude. Teenagers are fucking gruesome to each other and most people here most likely will agree with that. If Rackets isn't careful and pulls the emergency brakes now, his kids are toast. Not to mention his marriage if it isn't already.
And that would a valid reason to fully A-Log him.

To the boomers looking to join the "Hedon(aut)ism III" group, I only have a single clip:

If this intervention circle jerk of a thread can't save Rackets, Drex needs to do one with him instead. And he should.
If even that doesn't work, it's ogre.

Welp. I’ve figured it out, y’all. The code has been cracked, the matrix has glitched. It’s no coincidence David Stay passed away when he did, that Nick’s gone off the rails, and Jim’s been slowly ailing. Listen to this interview, especially around 47:00. Theory: this would have been around the time that Nick would have represented Stay in Washington, but they MK Ultra’d him, he’s spiraled, and knocked off Stay for good measure. To kick us while we’re down, they gave Jim canceraids.

I’ve figured it out. I suspect I’ll be Arkancided soon. It’s been a pleasure shitposting with you. Tell Null I’m sorry. 🫡

I've noticed that Nick's outbursts definitely seem to happen after a weekend of partying. It seems clear to me that if he leaves for a few days and comes back, he comes back PISSED. I think it's the comedown from the drugs he's doing.

Whoever posted my little poem to the chat. Thank you. You made my day.

Lol, Sadboy is a real mad boy. He's one of those goofs that thinks yelling impotently on the Internet is tough and intimidating.
He's gonna need to down an extra handful of xanax tonight
I haven't seen people this mad on the internet in a while

"You posted a poem mocking a dried out slut. I'll rip your face off!"
You guys didn't get the joke. It's not him raging at the poem for real, "Sadboy-S-B-E-" was quoting the pre-chorus from the song "Exile" by Slayer. The question is whether he did it ironically or not, but it's still just a reference.
