German diplomats promised not to re-militarise weimar. We can see how that went.

As one might guess, said price caps were at $60/barrel. So basically, because Russia said "lol no," to the $60/barrel caps, American journoswine are absolutely seething and trying to say 60 is the floor price they need to make a profit which isn't true, and are trying to say they're not getting $60/barrel, which is also not true.
