After catching up with the thread again here is what I learned:

- his new luxury apartment got more or less doxed but somehow noone gives a shit and surprisingly evil Nazifarms hasn't swatted him again which is kind of weird given the reputation the evil Swattingfarms has. Like could it have been an extern force who swatting this troon in the beginning?

I'm no doctor, but I'm guessing it's the result of not being forced to socialise growing up, so they literally don't learn how to speak like an ordinary person would. It's probably not something that occurs to normal, non-shut-in people that your voice and speech patterns are something developed over a lifetime of use and interaction with other people; same with all the physical social cues Keffals lacks which is why he shuffles around staring at his feet like a fucking goblin.

I've no idea if there's a cut-off point though, developmentally speaking, or if Lucas could one day cure his mush-mouth and general spergy behaviour.
