I was initially reluctant to post this because you've done so much work on it, I didn't want to discourage you -- but:

I also found the Futurama stuff distracting. The story is funny enough as it is. It didn't need you trying to add additional comedy material on the top. Just tell the story straight. Really, your job is just to provide the context that explains the madness contained in the clips and links. You do a great job of this when that's all you do, but when you start inserting yourself and your own personality into the story, it really detracts from the stuff that's important.

Don't be discouraged though. You made a great start. It's an epic story. Just telling it straight will secure your place in lolcow history.

There's also two open story arcs in Rackets world that may be making him more pissed than usual.

1. The OLPR investigaton. I noticed last week that Nick said that 2 months later he still didn't know if he was still under investigation by the OLPR. Nick will know why he is or was under investigation (either it is a result of a complainant appealing, or a new complaint brought by an individual or the OLPR itself, in which case he has 2 weeks to reply) but hasn't commented as far as I'm aware.
2. The Rittenhouse interview. This would probably be one of his biggest ever shows and I'm pretty sure that it was supposed to be in the first week of January, so it should have already happened by now. I don't know what the current status of the interview is. The last news I saw was Rekieta sperging at someone asking him when the interview is, saying he'll announce news as soon as he gets it. I don't think there's been an announcement, so I presume Kyle is ghosting him right now.

I want to make a point here that Nick knew he was being sued (December 16th) before buying the 100k mustang (December 29th) . Then proceeds to buy it. Then hires a very expensive attorney, then says he may open a GoFundMe to fund the lawsuit. Receipts below.
