Future of the House

There was an image posted by some retard zoomer on Reddit a little while back of him posing in front of 14 BC. In the background, there was an MLP toy in the window. That would be at least a small piece of evidence that Chris' stuff is still there, or at least was there for some time after the arrest. Can't find the image now though.

Or the toy was kept in the window so people would think there was someone there. I remember the picture.

All it takes is one of those reddit faggots to record a video walking around the property and give us a good look at exactly what is going on in and outside the chandler household, but most of them are too cowardly to even go anywhere near their front door, and a more interested in taking selfies with the house in the background.

Yeah, when that image was posted I couldn't help but think about how useless and self serving of a post that it was, and that it seemed to be a perfect example of how social media has influenced these zoomer kids to not even think about whether their posts are useful or not.

Someone may have already said so, but I think one of those house flipper freaks is going to get their hands on 14BC

I mean, this is a house flipper's dream–a reasonably sized house in a nice neighbourhood whose value is in the shitter because of shit owner, someone can get it for far less than market value and flip it for a sizeable profit

I mean there's no way the house can't be sold without some extensive remodeling of the interior considering how much damage there is, even if it's only really surface level grime (no amount of hoard is gonna put a hole in the floor unless Chris and Barb enjoy collecting weight sets in one location on the top floor). Considering how unsellable 14bc currently is a shrewd flipper could definitely make a profit if they buy as is and then sell once they're done.

Really at this point the most you can get outta that propertyis this, first demolish it including ripping out all the copper piping and wiring. Then when there's nothing but foundation and basement left full that in with concrete then build something over it that's actually useful. Like a power substation or 5g cell tower. Or hell save the basement and the foundation for a large gas tank and put in a commercial gas station.

(Cause who in that region of bum fuck nowhere drives a hybrid let alone filly electric car?)
