This is much larger than the DVRO. The committed extortion on stream to the tune of $2000.00 USD. They did this live and it was recorded. Aksel later backed this up in a tweet that literally said outright that it was extortion. Vickers wants the discord leaks authenticated because they discuss Ralph contacting Daiymo about the journal and Daiymo even posts screenshots of his DM's with Ralph discussing the journal. Finally in those same leaks they discuss their knowledge that it's stolen property and agree to commit extortion anyways before the stream. This would fit under conspiracy laws. Extortion over $500 is a felony, transport of stolen goods with the intent to commit a crime is a felony, doing it using a federal agency (post office) is a felony. A conspiracy charge means anyone involved in any portion of this would be charged with all crimes.Vickers is turning the screws on the Council of Evil, for what I think is Faith's breach of DVRO against Ralph:

They don’t have to prove Gunt put them up to the extortion, just that he was a part of the crime. Kinda like how if a group of guys rob a bank, and the security guard gets murdered by one of the guys, all the guys get charged with the murder even though only one of them made the decision and pulled the trigger.I understand the extortion part of it could be a bigger deal, but that was Daiymo, Ralph just sent the diary, or are they going to claim he put them up to it?
Sure, but that's the part I don't get, how bad can that be for him? The sentence (IF anything happens) can't be worse than fleeing (indefinitely) to Mexico and living like shit, or the amount of effort, money and time being put into it by Vickers. The extortion is a non issue. They want to nail Ralph on both knowingly keeping the diary despite saying he had given everything back, and then him sending it away with the express purpose of it being used to harass and embarrass Faith. The extortion is only really relevant in that it's a minor cudgel to compel the other two retards into admitting to the facts.
Gunt is EXTREMELY scared of going back to jail, even if it’s only for a few months.Sure, but that's the part I don't get, how bad can that be for him? I don't know, it just seems to me like there should be something more for the two parties to act this way. Then again, it might just be because Ralph is a retarded coward that would rather live like shit in Mexico than be convicted of another crime, no matter how small, and Vickers has dedicated his life to fucking with Ralph and doesn't care if it's a big sentence or not as long as he inconveniences Ralph somehow.
If Ralph gets jailed for even 3 months, he probably gets his Nissan re-possessed.Gunt is EXTREMELY scared of going back to jail, even if it’s only for a few months.
Remember last time he had Nora, who stuck with him, supported him, kept his grift going while he was in. Sandra was still alive, ready to put money on his books if he needed it or answer the phone/pay for the call if he wanted to talk.
Who’s he got now? Pantsu? She’s going to keep the Killstream alive? The Retort is Aborted the moment Gunt lands back in the slammer and he knows it. Add to that the fact he’ll be in there for months with no commissary money, no soups/cakes to trade for protection, no cellphone, no Internet, no Twitter, truly Hell on Earth for Gunt.

"wasn't just 'laughing at r*tards on the internet.' He involved himself directly."
I'd say that it is a good thing that he is self aware but I don't think he's smart enough to be capable of that."wasn't just 'laughing at r*tards on the internet.' He involved himself directly."
What a fucking self own.
IIRC Vickers did a stream in this new year where he mentioned The Gunt was up to date on his child support. What I don't understand is:
- What's going on with child support? I can't imagine Ralph would willingly pay it if he doesn't get anything out of it (using visits with Xander for pity donations). Has he even paid anything so far?
Talk with and about The Gunt having possession of FaiFai's diary when he was saying he did not I'm guessing?
- What was Gator's sworn statement about? I know it was about validating Discord logs but what was in those logs that would be useful to Vickers?
As you said it would be more evidence that supports the idea that The Gunt getting any more visitation than what he already has is a VERY bad idea. Also, factor in things like lying to the court about having FaiFai's diary, getting together with his Tards In Cheifs to make the diary public, and the extortion involved during a time when he was under a suspended sentence for putting out revenge porn that involved the writer of that diary who is also the mother of his son that he's been in protracted legal fights with since Mr. Metokur shamed The Gunt into not abandoning his son could very well put The Gunt's slovenly ass in a really bad position.
- What would they get out of this? I can't imagine breaking the DVRO would result in extended jailtime, would that be enough to get him out of Xander's life but still have him on the hook for child support?
He's sworn to the court that he did not have something and now it looks provable that The Gunt lied.I get their ultimate goal is to trigger the suspended sentence, but the VA people must be sick and tired of the Vickers family contacting them about Ralph by this point, so the chance of it happening is probably very small.
There's obviously something Ralph is scared of and is desperate to avoid, but is there really a chance of him getting into real trouble for all this crap?
I understand the extortion part of it could be a bigger deal, but that was Daiymo, Ralph just sent the diary, or are they going to claim he put them up to it?
I have no idea, but it is interesting either way, especially with Ralph running to a third world shithole because he is that scared. Let's see what happens at Guntamania.
I get real bad schizo vibes from Deadman. Also didn't Deadman get fired then lie about Ralph calling his work?
I just watched this. If Deadman is authenticating the leaks and admitting it was him who leaked it, he's fucked them all badly. In the leaks were screenshots of Ralph's DM's to Daiymo telling him he's sending it and Daiymo later stating he received the journal. What's more, Daiymo mailed the journal back to Faith and I believe used his address to return it. He's fucked and in turn this truly fucks Ralph.Deadman did a video about it. I am excited to see how this fucks over both the CoE and Vickers.
Vickers I know your reading this please call Methstorian X as an expert to the court and have him present one of his 10 page essays about the diary and why Ralph is a bad man.
When did gunt start considering to move to Mexico? Sometime around May or June right? That, I believe, was after the diary fiasco and before the contempt of court filed around September (was he already in Mexico by then?)cupdfcom_the-time-travel-tale-of-john-titor-5649a23b8ea22_220207_213420.pdfLike someone else said, Gunt is scared enough of something to hide in a hovel in Mexico, and I can’t imagine that it’s just child support.
