Nick went to law school, went immediately into practice on his own and did about three years of real legal work on rather minor cases. After that, he seems to have lost interest in practicing law. Since then, he has just done a minimum amount of occasional work.
He isn't a guy where "win" and "loss" are meaningful. He is basically a low experience attorney people would go to in order to get things done. He is someone you would hire to work out a plea deal on a simple case. He isn't someone anyone would hire for an actual legal fight with winners and losers.
And this is understandable. Nick stopped seriously practicing law right about the time his streaming took off. And the streaming is massively more financially rewarding to him than any amount of small-town small-time legal work would be.
