自殺しろ (jisatsu shiro) is the impolite command to commit suicide, but 死ね (shine) the impolite command to die is maybe more frequent.
I'm also partial to 命で償え (inochi de tsugunae) the impolite command to atone with [your] life. (Impolite commands are basically how you swear at people in Japanese.)

Ultimately he's already got something fairly serious, the fact that anyone who looks him up is going to know what he's done.

Even if you have something pretty hard like armed robbery on your record, that might engender some respect among certain segments of society; there are probably even some nutty women out there who'd be into that kind of thing.

I don't think there's a single person who's going to look someone up, see that they have a documented history of killing and mutilating dogs for fun, and want to be involved with them. That's barely less of a red flag than having a record for sex crimes against children.

Plus look at his lifestyle, what else can you do to him? Execution would probably be a reward at this point.
