Dylan is probably still on his opiates, though weaning downwards, so he nods off instead of lying there tossing and turning.

His dreams are incredibly vivid and at least partially lucid. He’s probably fantasizing about being a woman and a 50ies housewife.

I think that’s a female. In Korea women with nice angular bone structure get their faces shaved down to be round because thats the beauty standard. This kind of facial surgery for women is a huge business in Korea.

Oli London went to Korea to get a couple of surgeries back when he thought he was a transwoman. IIRC the results weren't great but he had had so many surgeries by that point that he had already reached uncanny valley levels so he probably isn't the best example.
