As Null said I really think it comes down to complaint volume, Dong Gone and his ilk screech transphobia with a touch of nepotism as loudly as they can and then one or a few retards in the company think it's a great idea to blackhole us. Some kiwis begin to complain to the companies involved and the FCC and then someone higher up doesn't want to risk government regulation so they eventually roll back their decision. Then Elliot REEs and starts the process all over again.
I would assume that it's because of the complaints Kiwis with either of those companies lodged. One of them (I think it was Arelion) backed off the blackholing the first time because Kiwis complained but reversed that decision most likely because Fong et al complained about that reversal. The second reversal is probably because we kept complaining about the loss of access.
I'm going to assume there's somewhere in the company where someone can make a decision like this but until it's elevated nobody thinks to see if it should be reversed permanently. It may have been elevated to get reversed, then redone by the faggot (or another faggot?), if this happens enough it might be appealed higher up the chain to set actual policy to prevent repeating this over and over. This would be very stupid for the lower level person to do after being reversed once but one thing we know is that these people are not smart and think they're always exempt from any kind of rule, informal or formal, as rules are merely social constructs.
The constant back and forth with these companies is so fucking aggravating. They need to tell these fucks that unless they have a court order they ain't doing shit, and they need to lay the smack down on any employees making decisions against policy.
