I forgot to mention but either the Boxing Day or New Years Eve stream they were testing out using a more feminine voice. "Head voice not chest voice" basically. Seems if you speak from your head it's more feminine. It was pretty weird since Keffals said it felt like their "natural" voice but at the same time later they said how it felt weird to be speaking from your head as it's natural to want to be speaking from the chest.
This was only done for 1 stream for any great length of time and it has stopped entirely since being dumped, maybe because it was Sam in the chat reminding Keffals to switch back whenever they reverted to their normal speaking voice.
If I had to hazard a guess, it was the Boxing day stream.
Edit, Found it, it was the Christmas Eve stream, it got lost in the mountain of shit that happened that stream so I didn't report on it originally.

So when I actually had the surgery, it wasn't a matter of like learning how to do it through like the traditional means but it was about learning how to use it in a natural way with the reconstructed vocal folds and that that apparently took me five years just to figure out how to even begin with that. I used to think it was because they hunched over their computers all day dilating but there are photographs of eunuchs from late 19th and early 20th Century China and they have the same hunch, apparently its one of the physiological traits that all eunuchs develop, probably something to do with the hormone imbalance affecting bone density.
Whatever it is, you can see it in eunuchs from the Ottoman Empire, to pre Cultural Revolution China to modern eunuchs like Lucas and Dong Gone, and I'd be willing to bet if you could examine the skeletons of eunuchs from as far back as Chaldea, Old and New Kingdom Egypt, Persia, ancient Cambodia etc, they'd all have that distinctive hunch.

It makes total logical sense for a eunuch to have this hunch but I really want to see the similarity.
By the way, I did a little bit of research into the anthropology of eunuchs and there is substantial evidence that eunuchs had osteoporosis, hyperostosis, and a few were shown to have extremely late epiphyseal closure, which makes sense considering that without a source of testosterone these males are unable to aromatize testosterone into estrogen thus unable the epiphyseal plates are unable to close.
