I have a really intimate experience with 2-FDCK (ketamine analogue) where I threw up halal food all over the floor and stained my carpet. Otherwise I guess it was fine.
Her saying she might need to find an oncologist early on into this made me roll my eyes. You're REALLY fucked when the oncologist finds you. When medical professionals suspect you have cancer or similar auto-immune diseases, they aren't just gonna recommend you to find someone. You hopefully get referred, and if you're unlucky you meet them in your hospital bed.
I've mostly stayed away from the munchies because they evoke a certain kind of rage in me. Having a munchie share your nurse at the ER is like having a shit salad for dessert.

It is insanely optimistic of me and will absolutely not work out this way, but I just hope when she is inevitably magically "healed by the powers of the sweet baby jesus" or love or whatever else she makes up, at least some of her family will realize how sickening she is and cut her off. Children don't need to be exposed to this shit, it's heavy enough to have an actual dying family member, let alone one who is just pretending and winds up totally fine.
At the very least they will have funny stories about their insane Aunt Chelton who wanted to be pumped with more ketamine than Keith Moon and had to writhe around and grunt like a hog to get it, I guess.

That was some escalation, I would guess this too. Her sister seems down to support the dying narrative, but maybe her mom wasnt able to enable any more.
If they discovered her ketamine abuse and the shit hit the fan, maybe she phrased her “I’m dying right now… I mean in a few weeks” the wrong way and got turfed to inpatient psych? If they’ve really stopped the feeds and they’re taking the toobs, could be preparing for a psych admission, no more reason/excuse to be too medically unstable for psych.

It's possible she's on watch and has had her phone cord confiscated as it could be used to harm herself. Hospitals in the US generally don't involuntarily admit unless they truly believe you are going to harm yourself or others. That isn't to say they can't treat you as someone who is potentially going to harm themselves and reduce your privileges until they can better assess the situation, even if it feels draconic to the patient.
Usually you don't get off watch until you've been assessed by a psychiatrist, if this is the case it may take a while as I believe today is a holiday. Otherwise, I have no idea what happened

She last posted about 12 hours ago she hasnt yet hit her normal posting time for the day. Nothing she has done would warrant a psych hold though she commented she is dying nothing she has said in the videos shows a plan.

Much escalation, which of course we all predicted ages ago given that we knew her toys were being withdrawn last week. It was inevitable she would do everything in her power to up the ante and get readmitted, and that was before we knew she was a K hound.
Predictions:

She will keep that oxygen mask and it will be her new toy until the end of time.
She will be discharged from the 'hospice' to 'die at home'.
