I copied this directly from the transcript of Josiah tape 1 from apostlegate.net. This is Pat explaining the goals of the SFWA funded lawsuit. They chose to financially back a complete retard, but the intent was to fundamentally change the laws regarding speech on the internet. The fact that SFWA is a tax exempt charity that chooses to spend their money on shit like this is worth knowing about. I'm not saying that it's cool to contact the IRS or anything, I'm just saying that Patrick/SFWA lawsuit was attempting to accomplish the same thing the trannies are trying. Only less successfully.
Bolded point: Fatty's goals. I question whether the SFWA actually knew the full extent of the situation. I suspect the suit was sold to them under terms I described in my previous post and what he described in the Josiah tapes was his own fantasy and Brenton [et al's] folly.
Trump has been saying he’s going to get rid of 270 so he can sue whoever he wanted, which actually wouldn’t work out the way he thinks it would.
Funny given the fact that Fatty was attempting to do
exactly what he imagines Trump was.
But that’s what Kiwifarms is. It is a cyberstalking website. It is a community of cyberterrorists and cyberharassers and that’s all they do. The website exists for no purpose.
And, you know,
just because he says so.
And they keep a kill count of the people they have driven to kill themselves and they celebrate it... They just had another one a few weeks ago.. it was a really famous, the video game guy emulator guy..Yeah, so that is the goal.
So the far.ms "exists for no purpose" and yet it actually
does exist for a purpose - driving people to "kill themselves". And to celebrate it. And keep a "kill count". Funny, I don't recall seeing this so-called "kill count" anywhere on the site.
The only goal they have....
So we went from "no purpose" to multiple purpose and now "only" one purpose. Again, all because he says so.
This is a website created by a cyberstalker specifically to continue the illegal harassment campaign of one person.
I thought they "focus on a lot of different people"?
And yet, their counter side lawyers are arguing they deserve 270 protections...That their privacy and that their anonymity should be protected from me trying to figure out who they are so they can be deposed so we can figure out who the other members who’ve been committing all these crimes are.
This was supposed to be a "defamation" and "tortuous interference" action; those aren't "crimes" but civil torts.
Yes, Fatty was telling you what
he wanted to accomplish; I suspect that if he'd sold this all to the SFWA in these terms they'd have had a better sense of what sort of person they were dealing with and may have been less inclined to aid him in what was a personal crusade over his own butthurt rather than anything that would help the community of science-fiction and adjacent topic writers.
Which is insane. You’re telling the person who is responsible for all this...
Somewhere in here I believe he switched from speaking about the far.ms to Owen A.'s forums... Which you'd never know because nothing he's said so far is accurate with regard to either site, but notice how he's laying responsible for any and all negative engagement he's ever been on the receiving end of at Quasi's feet with
no proof whatsoever.
...their privacy is more important than the privacy of mine, and my friends and my family and my colleagues? That they have been violating every single day for a thousand days. It’s insanity. It’s insanity that they’re being allowed to argue that in court. It’s insanity.
It was Fatty who chose to become a
public figure. Quasi, the posters on OnA and here didn't do that.
And this is not information I would want published, i would like this to be off the record, but as of right now we’re closing in on $100,000 worth of legal expenses, and that’s not including the fact that the person we’re trying to identify – Quasi101, the person that administers and owns the website. He’s incurred over $17,000 worth of legal bills in order to maintain his anonymity.
Even after we offered to keep him anonymous if he would just give his identifying information for the people who we really want. He refused that and he spent $17,000 on it ..."
For those of you who aren't in the know, if you're asking why Quasi giving up his personal information would help Fatty help him get at "the people who we really want", you're right to think that it wouldn't. Fatty's tale that his SFWA-funded attorneys ran with was that Quasi had personally conspired with all the John Does in the case, knew every one of them personally and had either worked in concert with/directed them in publishing the negative reviews about him on various websites. He had no proof of that.
That's why his LOLsuit failed in
spectacular fashion.
The SFWA, probably because they didn't know the full extent of the matter, didn't realize what sort of ego-maniac they were dealing with and believing that they could help prevent "abuse" of online reviews systems in the future went along with this without doing their due diligence.
