Looks like Javascript malware. Probably he's just really shitty at patching whatever version of Wordpress he uses and it gets routinely owned.

But I wouldn't put it past him to try to do something shitty himself.

I would consider not going to this site except from a virtual machine with nothing of importance on it. Or a Live CD or something that can't be written to.
