FFS is extremely difficult to get good results. Men have larger skulls and larger orbital sockets, among other features. If you every want to tell the difference between a male or female, look at the eyes and skull size. Its a dead giveaway. Anyways, you have to have good underlying structures and genetics for it to work and you need features that can be altered surgically. Its all comes down to luck and not the skill of the surgeon.
