It's assumed she probably made that high an amount 2-3 months only, during the height of crackhead olympics. But the stupid bitch likely pulled in around $40k in a three month span and has absolutely nothing to show for it. Nothing. Didn't pay off her car and didn't put anything aside. Also since this is here, its shoing that her bankruptcy she should be going to court on at the end of January she's asking for $47K in forgiveness.
For those not following along when you are in bankruptcy in Canada you have a trustee assigned to you (kinda like a money parole officer) and until the bankruptcy is discharged (the hearing at the end of January) you have to meet certain criteria and perform certain things. One of those things is making "Excess Income Payments". Essentially part of your bankruptcy agreement is that creditors have to back off you, but 50% (half) of any money earned over a determined amount a month, you have to pay to the trustee...who uses it to pay back some of your debts. So you cant declare bankruptcy and then the next day earn a billion dollars and those creditors are screwed.
Chantal has JUST BRAGGED that she's still making 12k a month, and we know her revenue is down. The "excess income" for a single person is just $2355 a month (after taxes). So any earnings AFTER that Chantal must make payments of 50% of any excess income to her trustee. At her CURRENT admitted income level she is making 8000-9000 more a month that would qualify as "excess income" to make payments on depending on taxes. The math is below, but..
Let it sink in, at "$12,000 a month" Chantal only gets to keep $4,957 a month to pay rents, food, weed, men, etc
She would have to have reported her income and made these payments since 2018. We know she's made a hell of a lot of money in that time. Some months exceeding $20,000. She literally would have paid off her bankruptcy in its entirety within a few months had she been making the excess income payments. This is also a possibility (besides being lazy) she was not reporting taxes... she would have been only allowed to have $2355 a month in cash for rent, bills, food, weed etc.
Also this is her second bankruptcy. In Canada/Ottowa The first and second bankruptcy get discharged "automatically" after the time limit IF all conditions were met. The fact there is a hearing likely means either the system, or the trustee, has raised a flag. It would be really interesting if the trustee, or the judge, in the matter were to get clips of Chantal bragging about how much she makes, taking all inclusive vacations to Cuba, 3 month vacations to kuwait. Giving men thousands of dollars. Spending hundreds/thousands on food delivery and weed...
But she'll likely cockroach her way out and those creditors will eat the back of $47000 which chantal could have easily paid.

+ $12,000 Paid from YouTube
- $ 3,120 26% Federal Tax
- $ 1,320 11% Province (Ontario) Taxes
= $ 7,560 Income after Taxes (not including deductions blah blah blah. Paying less taxes does not help Chantal cus...)
- $ 2355 This is the single person threshold for determinig excess income. Chantal must pay 50% of anything over this amount

Bankruptcy discharge is important because it is your discharge that eliminates your debts. If you do not receive your discharge, your trustee is required to close your file, and at that time all of your debts return. Once you have completed the conditions, the trustee must return to court to obtain your absolute order of discharge.
Suspended discharge — This is an absolute discharge that does not take effect until a specific date in the future.

Pretty amazing that she spent $107,000 of money she doesn't have and still only has $19,000 in assets. That is hard to do; most deadbeats have junk that can be liquidated. And the $19K has to be the Kia with an inflated appraisal value; she owns no other assets. Her second most expensive asset is her disgusting, broken, stained and smelly sofa. Beyond that, what does she own? Wrinkled and soiled clothes on the floor? A few burned crock pots? A $10 wedding ring? There are some towns in Canada where $107,000 could buy a whole entire house or condo.
If you're gonna piss away someone else's money and not pay it back, at least buy something with value.
