Ukraine has to improvise due to the lack of resources, Russia always had more materiel, that's not exactly a secret. Technical is a last resort measure improvised on the spot when you've got nothing else.
It's weird to see it in camo and marks meant for the front in fucking Volgograd of all places. I assume average vatnik thinks they're cool, not realizing that they wouldn't be able to stop even small arms fire, while an RPG would turn everyone inside into barbecue instantly.
