If worse came to worst, he could easily get a job, even if it were just nightfill in a supermarket so be able to pay for some level of lodgings. Not discharging her bankruptcy gives her trustee time to extract whatever funds they can to pay out her creditors. She is obligated to pay 50% of her surplus income (that’s all income over about $2500/month for 36 months. As long as she is making more than that, she is deemed able to pay something. The way she was raking in the dollars the past couple of years, she could have actually satisfied her creditors. I don’t believe she’s going to get off as easily this bankruptcy. Not discharging it yet is different to denying it outright. This bitch has made no attempt at all to pay even a cent to her creditors for over 4 years, and has actively hidden her address from them the entire time so they couldn’t even contact her. Plus she’s added extra creditors even though she is an undischarged bankrupt.

Chantals channel getting completely yeeted the first time bypassed the entire strike system... but when they reinstated it they likely reinstated it with the "warning" status having already being given. YouTube gives 1 warning, ever, and it never goes away. They MAY have decided that since it was so agregious to move it to a "strike 1" instead of just the warning. there is no way in telling. But Strikes only remain for 90 days if you're "clean"

If a second time EVER your channel is found to violate terms of service, you get Strike 1. STRIKE 1 is the 7 day ban. So if someone gets a 7 day ban, they are past the "warning" and are now on the official strike system.

So Chantal's 7 day ban could have been Strike 1 (again). you never get a new warning.

If she gets ANOTHER strike within 90 days of Strike 1, that is Strike 2. Strike 2 comes with a 14 day ban. (2 strikes, 2 weeks). THe first strike will expire at 90 days after it was issued, and the second strike will expire 90 after it. If you remain "clean"
