That’s what I feel like too, when I was a wee kid and my biggest gripe during the earlier days of BioWare was all the underwear sex.

Now I feel stupid realizing there were bigger problems yet to come than that.
i remember seeing a comment on the ME4 teaser released a year ago, it basically told bioware to take their time and make a good game.
but what does constitue a good game for your general bioware fan? a game where you fuck with everything, including gameplay aspects because new trend of the year or one where it drips with atmosphere and you can see that each character is something rather than just a retarded questgiver? because you can bet your ass he meant the latter and not the former.
what makes it all funny is that this pattern of bioware slowly fucking shit up can be seen across their games, if you play ME1 then DAO you'll notice they are decent games if a bit janky, then you go to ME2 and DA2 you can see cracks forming from a gameplay and writing perspective, most noticeabel on DA2 because ME had muh comics, then you go to ME3 and DAI where everything seems retarded, i shit you not.

I'm still baffled we went from based chads like Allister and Morrigan to Iron Cuck and whatever the fuck that horrifically ugly and annoying lesbian elf was named in only four years.

When the rot sets in it sets in fast.
did you know that making her act like a sugar crack addict was their way of making her "likeable"? including the part where she is supposed to have PTSD, after seeing woke row i cannot shake the feeling that the iron cuck is on the same level as that panteros nigger you get arrested, as if your male inquisitor is meant to have the hots for him because every line of dialogue he utters is meant to be a innuendo that your inquisitor "secretly" knows, which makes it funny as to why bioware actually gave effort to write that shit instead of doing it for you know... the rest of the game.

Speaking of DA2: Who else threw Isabella to the wolves to appease the Arishock (a decision Bioware clearly didn't want the player to make)?
Would have if the game wasn't trash, never touched it again after one playthrough.

ME3 had a lot of filler shit that you saw get used even more is DAI. Tried playing the ME Legendary Edition and without the 2 year gap between games, you can see the big holes in the plot/Plot mistakes/possible laziness with the whole series.

I did that once but later there's some throwaway line that she just escapes. Because as you said BioWare didn't want you to make that choice and how dare you mess with the writer's pet?
And speaking of Isabella. If you romance her, Hawke in Inquisition says they are apart and have some kind of open relationship. Hilarious. Guess you can't fix sluts.

Base ME3 was a bitch on the filler content you had to do if you wanted the 'good' ending.

Yeah, she escapes, takes the book again and the Chad Arishock gets executed. It wasn't even a choice that they streamlined because it would cost too much effort to hold, they just had to go out of their way to bail Isabella out of the consequences of her actions.

Misread this as "where you fuck everything including the gameplay systems" and had a wonderful vision of a game where you romance and sex the combat system to give you additional powers or woo your healthbar and pork it to gain additional conditions for your death. A bit like what Yooka Laylee was doing with it's world expansion system but not shit.
Someone make this.

you can easily find a abandoned 0.0.144 version of a game like that in f95.

obsidian also had cass as a writer's pet and do you know what happens? you can get her to the silver rush to get atomized because that writer probably got pushed against a wall and called a faggot if he couldn't accept that his little pet has to die for writing consistency.
unlike isabella and liara, wrex seems to be too as the game gives you plenty of shit on ME2/ME3 if you kill him and what is funny is that via default choice on ME2 wrex is killed, even the fucking diehard fans notice that shit.

Seeing how several of Origins' writers are still on with Bioware, working on Inquisition and presumably Dreadname, I wonder if Origins being decently free of woke trash was more because of the game leads, only one of whom (Laidlaw) still works with Bioware and is an unabashed SJW, while the others left Bioware specifically because they didn't like where it was headed.

Isabella's the game's Liara. I liked that in Origins she's mostly a nobody pirate whore you never even have to interact with. Having an unlikable character is fine, but she's unlikable for the wrong reasons, and the writers try their hardest to force her into everything no matter what the player wants. It also sucks that she's one of only two female romance options in DA2, and just like the elf cucks you for the sake of her mirror and getting blood magic knowledge, Isabella just literally cucks you in Inquisition. Because we can't have a strong female character without her being a piece of shit in the process.

Aveline should have been a romance option. She's far and away the most level-headed female companion.

She's a ginger, the only ginger you could bed was kelly on ME2, still, her husband died recently in the story, even after the few years timeskip and there was that guardsmen that called her a beautiful sight to see...

Yeah, but Wrex is awesome and only faggots don't do his armor quest.
it's free exp and via canon, wrex is dead.

This is the director of DA4:

I had low expectations, but now it's ever worse lmao
Look on the bright side: SALT. ALL OF THE SALT will be ours once one of two inevitabilities happens: A. BioWare cans it because the execs are more confident explaining to EA what happened to all that development money than they are releasing or B. it releases because the opposite is the case and it tanks hard and is laughed at and mocked by everyone for being an utter failure of an attempt to resurrect the Dragon Age IP. Inquisition was 2014, or eight years ago and counting, in other words, so if its as much of a stinker as all signs are shaping up for it to be... hoo boy.

For comparison, Andromeda was five years after ME3, and we haven't even seen anything but words about the Dread Wolf and his rising.

Most of the staff at Bioware these days are like this. They/them freaks who get high off their own farts and could give a shit less about making a decent game.
I wonder how hard they can faceplant on this one before Daddy EA dumps them on the corpse pile with Maxis, Westwood, et al.

Or maybe EA is using BioWare as retard quarantine.
