The guy didn't show up to buy his Chromebook, Lou and Shield didn't get their tendies. :(

He even dropped the price by 20 bucks for him! Unfortunately, Lou is also sick which just adds to it I guess.

Apparently a runny nose and slight cough are enough to make our princess feel like death warmed over. Feel better soon, Lou! I'm sure he'll be back to beg for cold medicine soon.

So I'll add my 2 cents in here like I did with the lou chat.

Manic (maniac as he says) depression is another name for bipolar. So no, he didn't get two diagnosis.

To be diagnosed at 13, you're either seeing a shit doctor OR you're So bad and uncontrollable that they give you the label to spur the system into giving you specialized help. Which obviously didn't happen to him.

I think what's likely is that his mom told her family doctor that she was raising a violent retard. He said "maybe he's got bipolar" and left it at that and that's what mama gags ran with

I think he's latching onto "Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria" because it's a buzzword in the furry community, and he thinks that he can use it to shield himself from the consequences of his bad behavior. His mood swings don't match up with what others have claimed the experience to be, though. While he's out publicly pity-baiting, most furries who have mentioned the symptom discuss how they just... internalize shit, and they don't go out of their way to seek sympathy in those downward spirals.

@MetalParakeet If I'm remembering correctly, bipolar depression is a thing, but differentiated from bipolar disorder. I'm not sure, but I think it has something to do with how the mania and depression balance? Given Lou's cycles, I don't think they match up with a prolonged depression.

Lou it's a cold. Look I know you're fat, it's gonna hit hard, but not "death warmed over" hard. Part of me feels this is stress induced from not being able to sell that Chromebook, getting that high.

Bipolar depression is just a person with bipolar having a depressive episode. There’s bipolar 1 and 2 - 1 has cycles of mania and depression, 2 has cycles of hypomania is and is usually more on the depressive end. Then there’s cyclothymia, which is an up and down mood that’s even milder still.

Lou doesn’t seem like he has bipolar disorder to me at all, but I’m an internet observer. 13 would be very young for that diagnosis and would likely need reassessing in adulthood. Bipolar and “maniac” (sic) depression are the same thing. Manic depression was the old name for it. But I guess 13 year old Lou just latched onto that he was so bipolar, double guize.

edit: being “abused by both parents” would more likely result in borderline personality disorder, which I COULD see Lou having, and they’re often misdiagnosed as each other (BPD/Bipolar.) Bipolar is shown to have a genetic component while BPD is heavily associated with childhood abuse.

I mean, I can buy Lard-Ace having Bipolar Disorder. There have been times where he's seemed like he was in a manic cycle. Particularly in the past when he's been on his grifting sprees, spending hours on end posting up begging and empty threats of suicide because he wasn't getting the money he wanted. He would go days seemingly with little to no sleep, making new grift posts and "updates" every 20 to 30 minutes. So I could see him legit having Bipolar.

Mania can come with personality disorders like BPD too though.

He doesn't strike me as bipolar at all, even a rapid cycling kind. His tantrums all coincide with not getting his way, they're not really just organic fluctuations. His "depression" is all about mommy not buying spaghetti sauce, a delivery driver being 30 seconds past the delivery time or no one donating to a new shiny.

He's cluster b as fuck

If Lou had received a diagnosis of bipolar disorder, especially as a child, it would have played a much bigger role in his e-begging.

He was trying for disability as soon as he found out he had diabetes, and that doesn't even work. Childhood mental illness plus maltreatment by his mother plus trans would have been a good hand to play.

I mean, his blood sugar levels spiking and dropping due to poor dietary discipline can rather obviously resemble bipolar mood swings, as well as what obviously happens when you spend the better part of your day wanking off. There's more than likely some screws loose, sure, but he's jonesing for a diagnosis because it's a convenient excuse-all.

Rejection sensitive dysphoria is usually associated with ADHD, but I don't think he has it because he would've mentioned ADHD, and stopped begging by now.

I've been talking about it with my doctor, because it's something that has come up when I was learning about my own mental health issues.

It's what it says in the name: fear of rejection, being super sensitive to rejection, and it seems to be related to ADHD. There's an emotional component to ADHD that isn't as studied, and it's only been looked at in the last few years.

But Lou would've stopped the grifting, stopped the shitting and pissing on Twitter for fear of rejection. I don't know how to explain what rejection feels like with this disorder because (even if it's made up) it feels like...nothing will ever be okay. I do everything I can to avoid it.

If Lou was feeling this, the grift would've been over after the first attempt. Or never started at all because the potential for rejection is so high.

tl;dr it might be fake, but Lou doesn't have it. Lou is just fat and needs a reason to cry for shinies.

I think the last line hits it on the head. What he has is an addiction to getting shit, shinies, instant gratification. When that isn't happening his mood goes down. It would explain a lot

I absolutely agree. Lou's freak outs don't align with RSD. Even if he's autistic, the behavior doesn't line up. He suicide baits because he didn't get what he wanted, not because he's so upset that he's been rejected.

Dirty trick for arguing with diabetics: instead of asking them "whaddare ya, on the rag?" ask them "is your blood sugar low/high?"

This works either way: it will piss off a diabetic who is engaged in their health, and sidetrack-into-health-complaining a diabetic with an external locus of control.

Monitors are cheaper than any Mac, damn it Lou. Your current computers, even that recently grifted Chromebox, which can be upgraded internally, will do the job of you surfing DeviantArt and your big titty cat porn just fine with a bog standard 1080p monitor, many of which now run at 144hz, which is kinda ridiculous to look at porn with.
